Outdoor Firing Range RelocationI have seen the negative impact that growing up listening to gunfire has had an affect on the development of young people within earshot. Tax payers as well as young people should not endure the sound of gunfire in residential neighborhoods.95 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Seth Poole

Law enforcement: Our pets are familyAs a pet owner and father, I see so many articles of pets being shot in front of children for the misdemeanor of a dog off it's leash on his own family's property. This cruel and unusual punishment serves no one, instills a fear of law enforcement, creates a loss of life, and makes difficult questions for a parent to answer to a child. Non lethal rounds can serve as an effective way to enforce a leash law without killing a family member.518 of 600 SignaturesCreated by Ralph Morales

Repeal the ban on groups at Red Rocks AmphitheaterRecently Denver Arts and Venues enacted a ban on exercise groups greater than 10 people at Red Rocks. They had no written complaints to base this ban on and they are still allowing other large groups, so they are simply discriminating against exercise groups...even completely free ones. Please help tell the City of Denver that what they are doing is unethical, bad policy and discriminatory.884 of 1,000 SignaturesCreated by Scott Kerkmans

Mayor Spodofora: Honor CPL. KAREEM R KHAN with a Street! When the tragedy of losing a soldier in war afflicts a community, usually the township allows the soldier to live on not in just spirit, but with a physical sign. There has been no progress made in honoring Kareem, a Purple Heart award winning soldier lost in Iraq to an IED, with a dedicated street in his hometown. We are not asking for the official name of a road to be renamed on the postal service and on maps, just a dedication as most communities in America honor their locally raised heroes.739 of 800 SignaturesCreated by Adam Reynolds

Sumter, SC school bus drivers need to be written up!I am starting this petition because after several of us parents have complained and called the schools, the Super Intendant, and the Sumter bus transportation offices, nothing has been done. We've even contacted media with no results. We are tired of fearing for our children every time they get on their buses. The drivers yell at the children, make them stand in the isle if they talk at all (unsafe), squeeze up to 4 per seat and then drive so fast and sharp that if they happen to slam their head on the seat in front of them, they get yelled at or for falling into the isle. They speed and often have almost hit a child or backed into a car, they have been caught swearing vulgar language in front of the children, often kids come off the bus in tears. We want cameras on the buses, we want more than one bus picking up all 3 schools, and we want drivers fired and investigated if need be!134 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Mad Momma of Sumter

Mayor DiBlasio Stop the Manhattan Club Timeshare ScamThe Manhattan Club tarnishes the image of NYC Tourism. The Manhattan Club Timeshare (TMC) is a New York City scam. The Manhattan Club (TMC) uses misleading and false advertising and sales presentations to sell worthless timeshares in its 286 room property. The Manhattan Club is oversold but continues to sell timeshares via the internet, mailed brochures, telemarketing and street kiosks in several US cities including a kiosk in Times Square. The Manhattan Club uses the US mail and the internet to defraud the public and sell their worthless timeshares. Manhattan Club timeshares have sold on eBay for $1. One "owner" who paid $84,000 sold his time share for $2. The Manhattan Club is the subject of thousands of complaints filed over many years with the Better Business Bureau and The N.Y. Attorney General's Office. The New York Attorney General's Office refuses to protect consumers. The Manhattan Club uses aggressive and harassing collection techniques to collect exorbitant maintenance fees for rooms "owners" cannot book.155 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Irene Smalls
