As a vet, I have proved my citizenship, why make vets pay, wait or only able to get a non-citizen? drivers license in California?

Ban the sale and discharge of all fireworks in the city of Duarte, CA. To protect our citizens, environment, veterans, pets, livestock and to disassociate ourselves from illegal fireworks and related crime.

The private use of Fireworks is a public nuisance and a danger to property and pets.

I saw a Confederate flag today, earlier I saw an all black car with gold letters that stated 'Black Cars Matter' and MAGA Trump shit.. I can NOT take this anymore... I have been hit twice in an intersections with cameras on it as well as have seen others hit in the same intersection. Mine and the others I have seen were hit and runs. Also drivers stink and often block traffic and make traffic worse parking in intersections. It would be an easy way to generate income and keep Oakland citizens safe as well as help out with other cases which are near intersections that may be being investigated.

My family became homeless June 9, 2017. Our roof was damaged in a severe wind/hail storm August 5, 2015. After filing an insurance claim one vehicle was paid and we told roof was fine. After two years of being extremely sick and almost near death we found out why. Water leaked through the damaged roof down the wall cavitatys in our children’s bedrooms. We couldn’t see it, smell it, nor had any idea it was there. After a second claim with the insurance for fungi/bacteria coverage we pay for, begin the longest two years. One engineer who said no active/dormant mold, a second engineer who came up with a completely non related reason and photoshopped the pictures in the report (left the blending tool in a few pictures), we hired our own company. Levels so high that a company do this kind of testing had never seen in twenty five years. The day we became homeless with nothing but the clothes on our backs but finally the answer to our health problems. Not a single community action program, state department, or federal department would help us. Why? No guidelines for unhealthy/healthy mold levels and human health! We were literally left out in the cold paying a mortgage for a home we have watched slowly fall while battling it out! We are no different then fire victims! If there were federal and even state guidelines we could’ve been declared a disaster just like a fire victim and received some gudieance as what or where to go! Instead we’ve been threaten to have our children removed from our care because we live in a camper in our back yard, consistently harrassed by our county officials even trying to do the right thing and obtain a special permit for our camper and to be able to live in it. And failed by every state department that was designed to protect us from situations like this. We must have guidelines and it’s a huge issue all across the nation!

In most states puppy mills are Illegal, but that does not include Minnesota. It is estimated that there are 10,000 puppy mills in the U.S. and puppies can be sent to breeder as early as eight weeks after they are born. Let's change that.

Tax money spent on amenities for cyclist. (6 million dollars so far) Signs, special lanes, enormous amounts of road striping all done with tax money which the cyclist do not contribute to. My wife was hit by a cyclist in her car, the cyclist had no insurance and there was $2600.00 in damage. I had to pay the amount the insurance would not cover so it cost me $400.00.

The City of Clermont needs to keep industrial businesses from impacting the beauty and uniqueness of Clermont by denying any industrial retail business from building on land near residential or environmentally sensitive areas.
