A family member was fondled and held against her will until she was able to get away by biting and elbowing the predator. Our community pool is within 600 feet of the tower, which is at the beginning of our development and where everyone gets a first impression when visiting, but more importantly when looking to purchase a home in our community. My home is very close to the tower site, which means I will see it every day when I go out the front door. I am concerned about the waves the tower puts off which can have health implications for my family. Health of my family, eyesore every day for me and my community, and decreased home values are why I am staring this petition.

It has been way too long of a wait just to be getting a new skate park due to the fact that skaters are destroying properties of others by skateboarding on them and sometimes even vandalizing people's properties and businesses. Northern Miami Beach area is in need of new skate parks. There are many skateboarders in Miami going long distances just to have a place to use their skateboards without being harassed by property owners. So skateboarders deserve and need new skate parks to skate in peace and focus on themselves.

In order to prevent harmful and unhealthy water contamination in one's community, we want funding to increase water safety testing on a regular basis and to update our water infrastructure nationwide; such as the case in Flint, MI.

We are starting this petition because we grew up in the Mattapan area and growing up, we always felt that it has been left in the back seat - especially in comparison to other Boston neighborhoods. We believe that opening up a Wing Stop in the area would greatly enhance its economic and aesthetic value. After all, there's heavy foot traffic, affordable public transportation, and new development in the area!

Residents of Hometown Village of Marion & The Meadows sub-divisions are concerned that the current Mitch Harris plans for the construction and development of the Meadows West subdivision do not meet the coded buffer requirements and demonstrate little effort at preserving the natural wooded area, which serves a multitude of purposes (highway/residential noise buffering, privacy, animal habitats, property value, aesthetic purposes, etc.). Additionally, there is a shared concern for the impact of increased traffic flow and road use of another subdivision (that would share an entrance/road access with the existing Meadows subdivision directly across from the Woodbury subdivision) being added into an already busy and congested area of D-19. As a mostly rural community, we feel that there is no need for subdivisions to be stacked on top of each other and believe that these plans should be stopped or at the very least modified to preserve as much natural balance as possible and minimize congestion.

There is absolutely no reason for the FDOT to force the course to close June 15, 2018, until the actual road will be built, especially when the St. Johns Water Management District, who manages the property, is willing to let the course continue operations until the road is built.
