I am starting this petition to avoid the spectacle, expense and precedent of retaliation for her political positions that would be created by any attempt to prosecute Mrs. Clinton.

Hmong, Laotian, Cambodians and numerous other race from the south east Asia region have been targeted, hunted and executed for decades due to the CIA's involvement during the Vietnam war. This caused all these people to run for their lives seeking asylum in the US and many other countries around the world. Now the US government is trying to send these people with INS holding back to the very country that has been hunting, prosecuting and annihilating them for the past 4 decades. Any person from the south east Asia region entering the US on or before 2008 is due to them fearing for their lives and seeking asylum from the governmental persecution. Please stop the deportation of our loves ones to Laos and Cambodia.

New citizens have every right to free speech, the right to peaceful assembly, and the right to dissent. They should not be instructed to "love it or leave it," nor threatened implicitly if they disagree with the president. Judge John Primomo abused the naturalization ceremony by instructing newly naturalized citizens to leave if they didn't like the policies of Donald Trump, and then asserted that dissent using symbols of the United States was wrong. Senate majority leader, Mitch McConnell, expressed opposing views about President Obama and was not asked to leave the country. Judge John Primomo should be removed from his post for wrongfully instructing new American citizens about their rights.
