This petition is about restoring public access to a protected and navigationally critical part of New York Harbor that small boats could use to bypass the busy, tidally active and potentially dangerous main channel. Solar projects have been stalled across Massachusetts for more than a year – putting energy savings, local jobs and community health on the line. I believe that Bernie Sanders is the only option for President of the United States. I believe he is the only one who can bring America back to the era of great prosperity that we once had. However, Senator Sanders needs more press coverage. He needs to galvanize his base. And who are his base? Progressive voters who want to reclaim America from the big banks, Wall Street, and corporate powers. We want to reclaim America from an establishment that only works to maintain the power of those who have NOT been working for us. Because of this, I believe that Senator Sanders NEEDS to appear on the largest online news network possible, one that reaches those voters. This network is The Young Turks.
