Autism Education of the Judges and Deputy District Attorney in the Courts of Waukesha County, WIHello, My name is Al Campos, Sr. I have an Asperger's grandson who has been determined to be "INCOMPETENT AND UNABLE TO AIDE WITH HIS OWN DEFENCE" is in trouble, charged with First Degree Sexual Assault without Bodily Harm. His entire coerced confession should be thrown out as a result. This was for an incident of feliatio (a BJ) that took place when he was 12. His half sister made a victim of him back then. Five years later her Mom and Dad were getting a divorce. Dad moved to Indiana with an old flame from his HS days. This angered her to no end, the only way to get back at Dad was to tell a story to the school social worker for her acting out. That story was to turn the tables on her half brother and say he abused her sexually. Allen III was 17 by that time and was pulled from his HS "Special Education" class, then questioned as an adult. They spent some time with him. then took him to Brookfield PD where they questioned him further. That is when they charged him as an adult. I hired Matt Huppertz to represent my grandson, but it did little toward his defense. Mr Huppertz never did present a single fact of my grandson's Asperger's Syndrome. He told him to plead guilty and take what he gets. I found this out and fired Mr Huppertz and discovered he was former Waukesha County ADA. That brought about a court appearance before Judge Kathleen Foster. She asked "Do you agree with the termination of Mr Huppertz, and do you have another attorney to replace him?". Allen III answered yes. Then she repeated, "You have an attorney to replace Mr Huppertz?" He answered No. She then raised her voice and said, "Then why are you lying to me?" She revoked his bond and had him placed in jail. Allen III does not understand a compound question. His father and I just sat in the pew in disbelief. She had the bailiff tell us to leave the courtroom. We never said a word to anyone. We were in shock. This lead to a second attorney, Dennis Krueger whom we hired but did not see or hear from him in four months until the night before Allen III's court date. He did not ask to change the plea and made the same suggestion as Huppertz: Plead guilty and take the consequences. This was not what we were looking for since Dennis had a son with Asperger's; I expected more. Turned out he was also representing Tim Russell from Gov. Scott Walker's County Executive Office too. He was fired by the Judge because Krueger was also working as an ADA in Fond du Lac County at the same time he was supposed to represent my Grandson. We terminated Krueger too, but that was too late; the damage was done. I also found out Krueger was an ADA in Waukesha County as prosecutor of Sexual Crimes, and a golf partner of Judge Foster. Well, Judge Foster put my Grandson on Probation with some restrictions that guaranteed his return to jail in no time: Eight pages of requirements, including a full time job or enrollment in a college in an accredited course full time. That alone would have put him back in jail. I applied for Social Security disability for him. The state had him evaluated and it was determined he is disabled; Allen III has an IQ under 70! I had put over $50K (all my savings) into his defense so far and I had to move to northern Wisconsin to give him a place to live. He could not stay with his Mom in Waukesha because of other kids in the house. My home in Bay View was too close to schools. That only left my hunting shack in the north woods. I had to then support two households. This did not work for long and I lost my home in Bay View too. Things were going OK up here in the north until the physician in his sex offender class wanted him to write a letter of apology to his half sister. He could not do it, so I helped him pen a letter and he turned it in. The instructor said it was not good enough. That is when my grandson went off the deep end. He took off for several weeks, got into trouble and ended up in jail. When he got out they put him in a halfway house. He was in there with one other kid. He could not take care of himself, cook, clean, do laundry, etc., etc. He got into more trouble and they put him in for revocation. He is now revoked and will be on his way back to Waukesha County. I know Foster is going to throw the book at him. She made this comment during a court session: "I knew how I was going to rule in your case the first time I saw you". With that attitude, I don't see that he has a chance. The real issue is that none of his Asperger's Syndrome was ever addressed from day one to the time of his revocation. Allen III's attorney, Mr Kelz, was educated by the Wisconsin Disability Rights Attorney Jodi Hanna in Rice Lake, WI. The Probation Department in Medford, WI had to admit they never got Allen III any professional attention for his Cognitive Disability and Medical problems. They never did any research, nor did they have any knowledge of the affliction. I found out nothing is in his file about his Asperger's after three and a half years of fighting for his rights. This all started at 12 years old when Allen III's IQ was about 40. He was the victim and not the perpetrator as indicated by his half sister. I know the sister very well and know she is a liar. His half sister Samantha and half sister Hevana played a game of a sexual nature. They used a code word of "ROSES" when they would get into their games. These games suddenly included Allen III. They contrived to victimize him "because they could", knowing he was slow, to say the least. None of his siblings would acknowledge him. Not in school, on the bus, in the lunch room, etc. In fact, they called Allen III "IT". They would tell people he was not related. They even stoned him and broke his glasses while they were on his face. This was OK by his step-mom because he did not fit her idea of a family member. Allen III has been a target for years and been beaten many times. Last time, while still in school, he was found by his VP in the boys room out cold in ...104 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Al Campos

Reverse Citizen's United and get money out of politics! It is time to restore our representative democracy. Today 87% of Americans are deeply troubled by the corrupting influence of money in politics. Our elected officials no longer represent the people who vote for them, they represent their donors. We need to get money out of politics, and the biggest step is overturning the 'Citizens United' supreme court case and banning corporations from contributing to elections. To do that, we need our state legislature to call for a constitutional convention. Vermont has already called for a convention, and California isn't far behind. Connecticut should join them. Tell your elected officials you want a constitutional convention to get money out of our politics.5 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Taylor Leake

No Incinerator in Hilo!Hawaii County's ineffective recycling programs are no excuse to burn valuable resources. Although the developer will pay the costs upfront, taxpayers will foot the bill over the long term; this money is better spent investing in a sustainable future that provides access to reclaimable materials as a means to create jobs. Although he is Native Hawaiian, the mayor approves siting this plant adjacent to a low-income Hawaiian community clustered around a beautiful oceanfront but surrounded by an airport , sewage treatment plant, unlined landfill and major port with heavy traffic as well as oil and gas storage facilities.495 of 500 SignaturesCreated by Kristine Kubat

Boehner: Do not Use my tax dollars to sue the president. As a tax paying citizen, I object to you using my tax dollars to fund your lawsuit against President Obama. I disagree with the lawsuit as it does not appear to have a sound basis. As an American, natural-born citizen, I do not want my money used to fund it.23 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Ella Gilbert

SUE THE TEA PARTY FOR MISAPPROPRIATION OF FUNDSWe, the citizens of the United States of America, wish to initiate a Class Action Lawsuit against the Tea Party and Senate Republicans for the misappropriation of our tax dollars with the Government Shut Down, the 51 Repeal attempts against the ACA, and now this lawsuit against the president. This doesn't even begin to address the fact that they have been getting paid while doing nothing. We want a refund on their paychecks as well as removal of their ability to give themselves raises, days off and their ability to set their own schedules. Finally, we want the salaries cut to $100,000 annually.18 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Jess Sumpter

Mayor Fraim/Council: NO MORE TIME FOR BIG RIGS ON HAMPTON BLVD.In the first place, huge 18-wheelers hauling containers to the port terminals do not belong on a street that bisects residential neighborhoods, including my own, the ODU campus and two school zones, as the public made clear when this issue last surfaced in 2007. Furthermore, those trucks expose residents and homeowners to disturbing noise, vibration that undermines the foundations of homes and businesses, raise public safety issues, especially for students at Larchmont Elementary, ODU and Taylor Elementary and expose people to toxic diesel soot that can penetrate deep into the lungs, which has been linked to severe respiratory and cardiovascular illnesses, chronic bronchitis, cancer, and premature death. Mayor Fraim and the Council have a primary duty to protect people’s right to the quiet, peaceful enjoyment of their homes and neighborhoods, while not being poisoned by noxious fumes and suffering life threatening gridlock. The needs of the neighborhoods and the community come before corporate profits and the convenience of the Port Authority.687 of 800 SignaturesCreated by Joe Cook

Stop Unlimited Carbon Pollution NowClimate change is real and is already causing harm. We are already seeing more extreme weather, and scientists predict we will continue to see more intense heat waves, more superstorms, and lower air quality from unchecked climate change. And who is harmed most from this extreme weather? Those least able to cope: communities of color, the poor, children, and the elderly. Communities of color are more vulnerable to heat related deaths and are also more likely to live near coal plants, contributing to higher asthma rates. It is time to fight back, and the Obama administration is doing just that. The EPA has taken a historic step and, for the first time ever, is proposing to limit carbon pollution from power plants, which emit 40% of U.S. carbon pollution. Power plants will be required to reduce their pollution by 30% by 2030. You can bet Big Coal will fight tooth and nail to stand in the way of a clean energy future. Congress itself is the last refuge for ignoring reality, with a whopping 160 climate science deniers who took nearly $60 million in dirty energy contributions. With the forces of the status quo rallying, we need to have the EPA’s back and stand up for bold action to control dangerous carbon pollution from power plants. Join me in standing behind EPA to stop polluters from emitting unlimited carbon pollution.17,120 of 20,000 SignaturesCreated by Rep. Keith Ellison

Limited Window for Campaign AdvertisementsThe American people need relief from the excessive and intrusive barrage of political ads and phone calls that are starting earlier and earlier all the time. Politicians are increasingly focusing on the campaign, fundraising, and the machinery of political advancement rather than service to the American people.12 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Anissa Emery
