I feel that since we have food networks, sci-fi networks, movie networks, etc. we should have a television channel dedicated to anime! It's only fair to those anime lovers who have to watch their shows on the internet! But I'm not talking "4Kids" style! I mean anime's such as Steins;Gate, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Attack On Titan, you name it! There are very few anime's aired in the US, and that's an outrageously low amount!

Health class is currently made available to the students in Pardeeville school district during their 10th grade year. Our concern is that this is a little too late. We are concerned about the lack of a health class being offered to students at an appropriate age to allow for education and prevention. We are not just talking about the sometimes controversial "SEX ED" we are talking and concerned about the lack of educational instruction concerning such topics as: Eating disorders, suicide, drinking, reproductive health, drug abuse and experimentation, peer relationships, respect for self and others through positive self-esteem and appropriate behaviors.

Ex-Prosecutor Kevin Crane violated his oath by refusing to disclose to the defense (or the court) Barbara Trump's exonerating evidence during the Ryan Ferguson trial. Barbara Trump is the wife of Jerry Trump, whose testimony put Ryan and Charles Erickson behind bars for decades. Crane urged for a 40 year sentence for Ryan Ferguson, and a 25 year "deal" for Erickson. This is an abject Brady violation. Crane also threatened witnesses who later felt guilty and recanted their manufactured stories. Remarkably, Crane has actually been "promoted" to Boone County, Missouri, Circuit Court Judge! Lastly, Crane spearheaded the corrupt interrogation of Charles Erickson, "leading" him into a false confession. Crane does NOT belong in a black robe, and should be impeached! While judges and prosecutors are immune from civil litigation (Rehberg v. Paulk), Crane should do some years in the Missouri Department of Corrections -- instead of a simple 10 day sentence in the county jail. Governor Nixon, Crane has no business being an officer of any court in America!

Fracking is an environmental nightmare. With all of the pollution and water contamination following the oil spills in the Gulf and other bodies of water surrounding New Orleans, it is nonsensical for the government to support such drastic and pernicious drilling operations. It has been proven that fracking most often leads to water contamination from fracking fluids migrating into the ground water and into water reservoirs. In an area so dependent on its water for things like food, transportation, business, and shipping, it is SHOCKING that the government would allow drilling to jeopardize our sensitive ecosystem. My New Orleans water already smells like chlorine, there's brain-eating Naegleria fowleri amoebas in other Parishes' water, and now you want to add fracking to the equation? The iconic and ironic phrase "what could go wrong?" comes to mind.....

I grew up in the performing arts, the performing arts was the one place where I felt like I truly belonged and the one place where I wasn't bullied. The performing arts teach about belonging, independence, confidence, and most importantly knowledge. A performing arts program got cut in my old neighborhood and one of my friends who was a part of it went into depression because the arts was the one place where he didn't feel worthless. He almost killed himself because he lost his one true home. I want to stop that from happening to other students across the state of Montana and maybe in the future, the whole country. So join me in trying to keep the love of music and theater within the walls of Montana schools! Help me keep the students' dreams alive through the performing arts! Help me raise awareness for what the performing arts can do for our students and our schools! Help keep Music for the Ages!!

I graduated from UC Santa Cruz. I've worked for over 10 years as staff at UC Santa Cruz. I've seen the results of corporate leadership. Classes have been added for their money making possibilities and art classes dropped for the exact opposite reasons. Journalism programs no longer exist because they promoted investigative articles about the university. Chancellors chosen because of their influence with Silicon Valley.Tuition skyrockets while UC purchases more land and buildings and pleads poverty. Creative financial maneuverings in an unethical atmosphere. This must be changed... and it starts at the top.

New interstate 36" pipelines are sited close to existing structures in Class One of FERC. The Marcellus Shale gas industry destroys our environment and renders the taxpayers property useless. Spectra/ Texas Eastern will install their pipeline next to my house starting in January 2014. There is a history of safety issues with Spectra Energy, in 2011 DOT and PHMSA inspectors sited Spectra for 17 inadequacies in its pipeline safety operations and procedures. Pipeline explosions are becoming more common. Emergency units are not equipped nor trained to handle this type of disaster. The EPA needs to gain a better understanding of emissions and potential risks from the natural gas industry. Harmful pollutants emitted from these pipelines include air toxins such as benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene;criteria pollutants and ozone precursors such as NOx and VOCs, greenhouse gases such as methane. These pollutants will result in serious health impacts. FERC (Federal Energy Commission) regulates every state. These rules and regulations take advantage of lower income and lower populated areas. This needs to be changed, without your signature the United States elected Officials will keep letting this happen. It must stop and you can help, by signing and sharing this petition.
