Stopping irreversible harm to our water sources

I've seen the flames from water faucets.

Enough irreversible damage has already been done to earth. NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We need to keep the Earths health, YOURS and Mine a priority. I want to make a stop to devastating measures that feed our need for oil and convert our attention to sustainable measures.

The newer taxis which have steps up and very narrow leg room are very dangerous for older people and those with disabilities. I have several friends who have almost fallen out of these taxis or not been able to get in at all.

Insurance companies are constantly raising their rates on homeowners' property coverage even when they have paid the premium for years with no claims. Policyholders often find out when they do have a claim, certain conditions are not covered. The policy should highlight fully the things or conditions not covered so the consumer knows what they are paying for. This should be true for home warranties as well. In recent years, insurance companies have been allowed to base their homeowner premiums on replacement costs so they can get the most money possible from the consumer. The consumer should have a choice in this matter where they currently do not. Whether you own or rent you are affected by these high costs. In case of renters, property owners must pass these costs on in the form of higher rents.

Social Security is for the citizen of We the People!! Social security was never meant for government to get their hands on to spend as they will.... Social security money belongs to We the People, not the elected officials who are suppoese to represent our interests!! Social security does not belong in any government budget planning and i demand that it be removed from any current legislation in progress!! This is unconstitutional and against laws voted in by the Congress of the People of these United States.... Listen to us! We demand a redress of grievences and they must be met!! This situation is almost identical just before our founding fathers decided to cede from Britian and its tyranny!!

Contaminated water, cancer, explosions - fracking can, and has, created these dangerous and costly disasters. It is high time we put our resources into renewable energy sources - sources that will not destory our planet and threaten life.

When Florida honor student Kiera Wilmont conducted an unsuccessful science experiment on school grounds, causing no injuries or destruction of property, the act ultimately resulted in her expulsion from school and felony charges. Such a ridiculous response to intellectual curiosity not only defies common sense but can potentially destroy the future of an otherwise stellar student. Such egregious examples of the school-to-prison pipeline run amok must be ended today. Justice for Kiera now!

Fracking—injecting massive amounts of water and toxic chemicals into the ground to reach otherwise inaccessible oil and gas—is an extreme process, with catastrophic results. Fracking threatens our water, our air, our farms, and our health—and uses up too much of our already limited water supply.

Fracking chemicals are secret thanks to Dick Cheney and his cohorts. These toxins will be in our ground water for generations.

An oil industry insider recently told Politico that if California—known as a progressive and Democratic state—moves forward with fracking, "it will be a lot harder to paint the practice as an extreme process that risks the health and safety of individuals."
