I don't want California to become another Texas!

When I was 9 years old, I came home from school and turned on the TV to see my parents being arrested on the news in one of Sheriff Arpaio's raids. For the past three I've done everything I can, first to get them out of detention, and now to stop the government from taking them away from me and my sister. They made a movie about our family's case called "Two Americans" and I was even in a music video to tell our story. They're scheduled for deportation court this summer and I need your help to get their case closed and keep our family together. My neighbors have filed false complaints for 17 years with many agencies including; The Sheriff, the rubbish company, building and safety, animal control, humane society, public works, planning, and more. They have on average made a complaint every month to an agency. While unfounded the agencies still must waste valuable resources in the validation or refuting of the complaintant. By the very nature of each complaint the agency goes to the victims home and goes through the home and property. This violates privacy and constitutional protections. In my case the parties which persecute me have been able to traipse through this grey area of the law and use the law and the agencies to harass me.

We—and our mother Earth—feel like a character in an Agatha Christie's novel, being gradually poisoned by a greedy villain. However, we do not need Hercule Poirot to reveal the identity of this killer! Or do we?

We don't need more pollution. Stop fracking before it kills us.
