• Stop Illegal Foreclosures and Abuses by Ruthless Banks and Their Attorneys.
Judges and attorneys need to be educated in the foreclosure process. The information presented by most of the banks in court is false and fabricated by foreclosure mills. A true securitization audit will flush out the “issues” with the Mortgage and Note. With this information, the homeowner and his/her attorney can challenge the “evidence” presented by the bank because of the “irregularities” and “alleged” fraud discovered in the audit. In addition, the audit could present compelling evidence showing that defective documents were filed in the court by the bank and the bank attorneys to give the “illusion” that they were the truthful owners of the Note and Mortgage, thus, giving the bank the right to foreclose. Actually, these corrupt banks and their attorneys are stealing homes and hurting all of us. This is one of the reasons everyone needs to do a securitization audit. Banks are stealing homes and judges keep hurting all of us because they don’t know about the issues at hand, don’t care or don’t want to learn about it. It is impossible for a judge to assign 15 minutes foreclosure hearings and understand all of the facts associated with a particular case. The judges need to be educated because they are instrumental in stopping the massive fraud and perjury that is being committed in the courts across the state.

  • Congress and The White House: Ban Chem Trails through out the US
All over the United States, concerned citizens are witnessing alarming increased use of chem trails and artificial tampering with our atmosphere, affecting all of us, everywhere. Our country's citizens all have a right to clean air and these programs are irresponsible, unethical and illegal, with potential to greatly harm our populations! Our soils, lakes and rivers, forests and eco-systems, are endangered and already threatened by adverse pollution, contamination from modern business and industry, and the loss of our protective Ozone layer, globally. This is a national issue affecting the public health and our collective futures, and we call for a complete and immediate BAN, on all programs and investigations into the companies who are advocating it, as unconstitutional, for violating our basic human and civil rights, to clean air, and violating our environmental laws and ethics, that preserve and protect citizens and our environment, from abuse and potential harm. Our peoples rights and health to clean air and protecting our environment, lands, waters and forests should be our top priority, and these programs should be banned now and declared unconstitutional.

  • Tell The U.S. Government: Fund Comprehensive Services For All Autistic People!
My daughter is offically diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder(ASD); without a proper diagnosis she would never have been able to do as well as she is doing. Without proper diagnosis children cannot get proper treatment; without proper treatment they cannot succeed. All my life and today, I struggle with significant issues stemming from a now-diagnosed ASD. After years of trying to access an ASD screening, I finally have been given a late-in-life diagnosis of an ASD, at age 53. Even adults with an official ASD diagnosis often cannot access services and those without a diagnosis suffer much. Funds are badly needed for adults with suspected or diagnosed ASDs. Autiism affects all of us because the population of people of all ages with suspected or actual ASDs is only increasing. Please join me in calling on the US Government to address the current crisis of those of us in the autism community! Thank you.

  • Right to Work legislation targets wages
As a Union member, we have the right to bargain for fair wages and benefits. Republicans in PA are pushing Right To Work legislation aimed at weakening unions and their ability to bargain. Historically as union membership goes, so do wages.

  • Require License to drive RVs
We see a high rate of accidents and damage related to people attempting to operate vehicles they have never been trained how to drive. Numerous occasions of large RV changing lanes causing accidents they were not directly involved in, so the report doesn't count them as the cause. Large RV trailers hung in driveways from driver not understanding clearances. If it's over a boat trailer it should be classified as requiring commercial type of license to operate/pull.

  • Minimum Wage
The current minimum wage can’t support families. The federal minimum wage, $7.25 an hour, amounts to only $15,080 a year. That’s over $7,000 below the federal poverty line for a family of four. A minimum wage worker working 40 hours a week cannot afford a two bedroom apartment in any state in America. People who work for a living should be able to support their families and live off their wages.

  • STOP Hazing, Branding and Killing Columbia River Sea Lions
Every year in Astoria and at Bonneville Dam, innocent sea lions are hazed, branded, tortured and killed for the simple act of eating. The acts are immoral, unethical and inflict severe pain and suffering on the sea lions. The dam itself, pollution and over-fishing are the real issues which affect the fish population, NOT sea lions.

  • Don't Raise the Dam and Flood the Merced River
A bill introduced by Representative Tom McClintock (R-CA) would remove long-standing Wild & Scenic River protections from a section of the Merced River and allow the Merced Irrigation District to raise a dam. If passed, this bill would mark the first time in the 50-year history of the Wild and Scenic Rivers System that a river was stripped of protection in order to raise or build a dam This could flood almost a mile of one of California's last, best, free-flowing rivers for a pittance of water [~1% increase].

  • Governor Inslee: Reform Lax Dental Oversight Now
A four-year member of your Dental Quality Assurance Commission resigned in protest because cases were secretly closed, and dentists were not sanctioned for multiple cases that resulted in death. The former commission member sent you a long, detailed expose, which included a 5-part investigative series from the Seattle Post Intelligencer, but he received no response. I am but one of the many victims of dental malpractice in Washington State whose dentist is still practicing, because patients can't compete against lawyers hired by dental malpractice insurance companies, and DQAC routinely closes egregious cases without applying sanctions.
