There must be safe and legal access to medicine (cannabis) for qualified medical patients. Please support patient's rights and create a brokerage and clearing house system which will offer this safe access that is so desperately needed. This system would entail a state-run clearing house which will collect taxes from growers that day, and be able to offer product to qualified dispensaries that day. Although the gun legislation proposed by President Obama would ban the sale of assault weapons, many people already own such weapons which could be used in criminal activities. The complete second amendment states "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." This petition is in regard to the fact that nowhere in the Federal Constitution does it explictly indicate that the people have a right to a government that operates in an effective and efficient manner which achieves the intended porpose of the program. You cannot regulate this process its far too dangerous to trust the oil and gas companies to not contaminate the water and environment irretrievably.
