It's a disservice to all taxpayers and to licensed tax preparers (EA, CPA, Tax Attorneys) not to have any regulation to ensure minimal competency in our tax practitioner community. Trained and honest preparers cannot compete with the significant amount of fraud going on out there. ANYONE (even a high school dropout or an ex-felon) can buy a copy of a tax software program at a local office supply store and be in business. The IRS can not rein this in without you calling your member of Congress.

The legal system of Ohio is being miss-used for the personal agenda's of the law enforcement officers. The protection and the rights of the general population of Ohio should be our top priority and the reinstatement of the State Entrapment Laws will help with this process The reinstatement of the rights of the people of the Stat of Ohio. Where the burden of proof is on the legal system. The police must must read the ares-tee's their rights. Law Enforcement can not entrap the public and they can not perform illegal searches and seizures. The Police and the legal system needs to know they work for the people to protect and serve

In the 2012 election, Democratic candidates for Congress received over 50% of the vote, but only got five of the eighteen seats. Several districts, including the one I live in, had landslide victories. Pennsylvanians deserve competitive elections, and fair elections. However, that will not be done unless party politics is taken out of redistricting.

Designating 1000 state jobs as "appointed positions" is a disastrous and purely partisan move. This is an increase from the 400 senior level managerial positions that were previously designated. This increase significantly changes the civil service of North Carolina into a patronage system and does damage to the professionalism and credibility of the state. This is a shameful abuse of power and deleterious not only to employees in the system but to the citizens whose tax dollars support these positions.

We have the money for St. Augustine School but now we don't have the money for 27 School's that going to close one after another. I'm effected in many ways as my children want to go to three (3) different schools now and lose their friends. Including 170 parents that have to go thru same situation my marriages are falling apart. Please someone help us now, they are making final decisions the regional board (two schools already have been closed).

I am a RN who is working in Las Vegas, Nevada, and I am very concerned with patient to nursing care ratios. Management can assign as many patients to one nurse as they deem appropriate. When management increases the number of patients assigned to a nurse, this also increase the risk of errors by the nurse to the patient and thus decreases patient's safety. I have worked at 4 different hospitals here in Las Vegas, and found that each of these hospitals have allowed for unsafe patient to nurse ratios where in which nursing staff have been so overwhelmed that errors have occured and thus patient safety jeopardized. If your loved one was hospitalized wouldn't you want the best care for them. Please consider having state mandated patient to nurse ration to keep our patient safe from errors and our nurses safe as well.
