• Gun Control NOW
Tragedies have occurred across America as the result of the ease of access to purchase guns and assault rifles. Innocent lives have been lost, families have been shattered, hearts have been broken throughout our country. Since the tragedy at Columbine rocked the nation, countless tragedies have followed with no action from lawmakers. Since the 1999 tragedy in Columbine, there have been countless mass murders due to the ease of access to guns, among other socioeconomic issues. http://thinkprogress.org/justice/2012/12/14/1337221/a-timeline-of-mass-shootings-in-the-us-since-columbine/?mobile=nc Please sign this petition. I hope we can stand together and inform our lawmakers that we demand a change in order to save lives. No parent should be afraid to send their child to school.

  • No More Bullets
To President Obama, who has run his last election and has no excuse for not doing the right thing, and to every U.S. Senator and Congressperson who lacks the courage to stand up to the NRA: It's not just the mass murders the occur with disturbing frequency. It's the unending day-to-day shootings that blight every city. The time for tolerating your inaction is over.

in the wake of recent mass shootings in our public schools i am not asking for gun control because guns do not kill, the people who use them do, but for security measures to be heightened our Public schools on a state level(armed guards) or on federal level (homeland security efforts)
