It seems convicted felons or people with not so stellar records have been forgotten. They are competing in the job market with scholars and college grads. Can someone please start a second chance program in each state for people who are trying to bounce back. They have made mistakes but they should not be thrown away and never forgiven.

social security and medicare are programs that we working citizens have paid into through our wages over the years of employment... entitlements are what congress has given away freely to corporations... if congress cannot understand the difference...then congress needs to resign their positions..and hold new elections...

Such a move, which they’ve tried in 2003 and 2007 as well, would give these massive media companies free rein to devour more of the competition, control the public message, and also limit diversity across the media landscape.

Senator Feinstein, We the People request that you stand up for US by working to make sure that there are no cuts (no deals made) to Social Security, Medicare, or Medicaid. Let's keep our safety net strong. And to also work on keeping tax cuts for the 99%, and letting the wealthiest cuts expire. THEY can afford it. WE can't. We prefer (for now) letting all the cuts expire vs. making a 'deal' that affects our and future generations' social safety net!

Why should being elected to a governement office be a lifetime paycheck and benefits package?! We cannot afford to pay these people until death! This is the only real way to trim the governments over spending!

Hold paychecks of Senators and Congressmen until they can resolve the Fiscal Cliff issues. Why should they get paid for not doing there jobs!

Veterans and American Citizens-continue to endure the worst-ever financial / survivability: a new 21st century W.P.A. managed by UNIVERISTY institutions; more VETERANS and American CITIZENS can be hired, just like back in the GREAT DEPRESSION ERA, there are such plethoras of Creative Talent and Knowledge Workers who must be in the EMPLOYMENT arena.

Mandate the retesting of lawful drivers on or about the 50th anniversary (66-68 years of age) of the respected states legal driving age in order to retain the privileges to drive safely And every 5 years thereafter in the state of Oklahoma. It has been proven that with age as early and as young as 60 years of age the human brain loses the capacity to respond and react to stimuli with a delay of 40% more than a brain that is 16 years old. Up to a 3 seconds delay. These neurogenic changes and possibly other physiologic factors mimic those of a person behind the wheel with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher. Which is not tolerated in the state of Oklahoma and cannot be a cause of another endangering incident to the lives of other drivers.
