Their illegal activities do cost lives as well as livelihoods, homes, jobs and more. We must take action to demand that the American 'Justice' system hold them accountable - not simply with token fines but with jail time.

The Federal minimum wage should be adjusted for each company according to the size of their revenue stream. As corporations grow in size, they become virtually impossible for smaller business to compete against, mostly due to their vastly lower overhead and the efficiency of their acquisition pipelines. To IMPROVE competition in almost every industry, companies should be required to pay HIGHER minimum wages based on the size of its revenues, with very large companies being required to pay as much as 50% higher wages than businesses with fewer than 10 employees.

I am currently unemployed and suffering like many others who cannot find employment in his/her field. I have a BA as well as a Master's degree and cannot find work as a Guidance Counselor, yet I am still somehow paying my student loans. Although the Student Loan Forgiveness Act of 2012 has helped many it has not helped myself and many like myself because we have already attempted to consolidate our loans. Therefore the Act listed above does not apply to us or help us. This petition is to stop students from paying there student loans while unemployed including not paying the interest which adds up to thousands of dollars monthly.

The cost of the drug charged to medicare is almost three times the amount I used to pay for it when I was not on medicare D, We must be able to negotiate for lower cost on drugs, This will lower the cost by billions of dollars to the American taxpayers and make medicare D sustainable.

The 20 year plans DO NOT expand solar, wind, energy efficiency and energy conservation. We need a clean energy future and must have accessible public hearings in the western part of our state to voice our demands.

Federal aid, money derived from federal taxes, should not support millionaires. Examples include millionaire farmers who qualify for federal aid due to drout and millionaire home owners on the Jersey shore who will be the primary beneficiaries of federal money to restore the Jersey beaches after hurricane Sandy. Because of global warming, extreme weather conditions will become more common. We need to limit federal spending, as a response to extreme weather conditions, when that spending will add to the prosperity of the super rich. We need to put limits on personal gain from federal disaster relief funding.
