Samuel AllendaleOur daughter Lori and her husband Josh are expecting their first son, Samuel in early April. As an honor to both grandfathers, Allen Bates and Dale Rutkowski they are considering making Samuel's middle name Allendale. It seemed like a wonderful gesture and even appropriate as a "native born" son of Atlanta Georgia. Recently they have begun to have second thoughts of whether their name choice is appropriate.17 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Dale R Rutkowski

FREE AMERICA~ END THE I.R.S.~ ADVOCATE FOR "THE FAIR TAX" RESOLUTION.To help gain the 1.3 million needed activists to go to Washington to fight the government and free the people from a system that causes hardships, mental torture, and disruption of the freedoms this country is supposed to be based on. Health Rates Up? Explanations, NOW!Every few months Health Insurance Companies raise rates because of "increases" in medical costs. They should demonstrate how they have held costs down, before arbitrary increases. Our hospital charges $2,500 for a CAT scan, while in other Western countries it is in the hundreds of dollars. Should't Insurance companies be required to be market makers, and establish fair rates, and not just takers? Insurance Companies should represent the best interests of their clients and not the bloated profits of the medical complex.1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Ray Mann

Off-Duty Officer hit & ran my son and still has a job.My son was hit by an off duty officer on Dec 24, 2010 while walking in town of Myrtle Creek. There is a video of the impact and the vehicle and driver which the state troopers have. My son saw the video that the state troopers have. The officer still has his job? Nothing was done for my son. They even hide the medical records from us, denying they exist. But the state police have the evidence and sent it to Salem for prosecution and now 2 yrs later the cop is still employed. This is a very crooked police town. The cops have hassled my son so he will 'go off' and enjoy seeing a mentally ill person suffer. They even said this. My son is so fearful that he left the state and is homeless elsewhere just trying to put his life back together.5 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Alice Coppers
