Branded as a 'trade agreement', the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) is actually a stealth delivery mechanism for insidious policies that could not survive the light of day. Once finalized, the Trans Pacific Partnership agreement will likely be our last U.S. trade agreement. Thousands of NM citizens are without health insurance right now. By expanding Medicaid in New Mexico under the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) we can ensure those citizens, who are our friends and neighbors, will be able to obtain health insurance and access health care when they need it.
