• Stop the Excessive Roundups of America's Few Remaining Wild Horses and Burros
Yes, it is about preserving in the wild these magnificent animals who are in fact returned natives here in North America and contribute positively to the ecosystems they inhabit when not subject to the unjust and dishonest "squeeze plays" of corrupt officials & disrespectful officials. They are also very important preventers of catastrophic wildfires. This is about obeying the law and the will of the general public concerning this crucially important Quality of Life issue here in America. For more details read my recent exposes at https://www.horsetalk.co.nz/2021/01/002/where-wild-horses-little-to-celebrate & https://www.recordcourier.com/opinion/wild-free-roaming-horses-and-burros-act-requires-restoration/ ALSO PLEASE SEE MY LATEST ARTICLES THAT TELL WHAT IS HAPPENING AND WHY AND HOW WE CAN CHANGE THE PRESENT SITUATION THAT IS A DIRE THREAT TO NOT ONLY THE WILD EQUIDS BUT TO ALL OF PRECIOUS LIFE ON EARTH:  https://renonr.com/2025/07/03/the-historic-montgomery-pass-wild-horse-herd-needs-to-be-saved-from-elimination/ https://renonr.com/2021/12/20/wild-horse-act-subverted-over-50-years/ https://www.researchgate.net/publication/274006946_The_Horse_and_Burro_as_Positively_Contributing_Returned_Natives_in_North_America https://www.academia.edu/114219313/AMERICAS_OBSTINATE_PUBLIC_LANDS_ESTABLISHMENT_TAKES_AIM_AT_AMERICAS_LAST_WILD_HORSES_AND_BURROS_THROUGH_DISINFORMATION

  • MAIN TAGLINE OF SAVE ORPHANS AND DISABLED AFRICAN CHILDREN
Our tagline at SODAC is "off the streets and on their feet." Our goal is to provide street children and vulnerable children with rehabilitation, support and resettlement services. Right now our activities are primarily in Kampala, Uganda. We have a home and center where children from all over the slums come and participate in our activities and have a chance to enjoy life as a child. Our activities include educating them, giving the shelter, teaching them how to sing dance, acrobatics and other activities that we can participate in as a family and across African Countries. Currently there are 16 boys who live and sleep in the home. There are more than 50 other children who come from the streets and slums that we help. These are children who lives on the streets with no one to take care of them and with no one to cater for his/her welfare, such children are abandoned, rejected and neglected and society considers him/her as a detriment to the community or dangerous to society. Such children might be victims of war, natural disaster, and domestic violence, parents died of HIV/AIDS or absolute poverty in the family.

  • Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC: stop discrimination
Hospitals have a responsibility to the public to make sure that doctors are practicing good medicine, through the process of fair and unbiased peer review. However, Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte abused this process to discriminate against Dr. Ron Virmani, who is a U.S. citizen, because he was born in India. On September 1, 1995, they kicked him out of the hospital after a very secretive sham internal peer review, labeling 24 of his patient charts "problematic". An expert of North Carolina Medical Board stated that Dr. Virmani met the standard of care. Dr. Virmani lost his ob-gyn career and his professional standing. He and his family suffered tremendously for 16 long years and still continue to suffer.

  • GOVERNMENT FOR THE PEOPLE
We elect people to go into state and federal government to represent us and our interests. They don't! Too many of our elected representatives act in the interest of corporate America, whose self interest is international, We are finally holding our elected officials accountable. We are watching. It's them-- the corporations or us-- the people. Stand up for the American people or we will act at the polls! We have had enough!

  • Free DC Petition for Equality
In Washington, DC, our nation's capital, we have no voting member of Congress, and our local taxes and laws are subject to the control of Congress. This violates every principle of democracy and it is un-American.

  • Casa Verde SD Tenant Petition for Repairs, On-Site Staffing, and Compensation
Due to the fire alarm system issues alone, many of us have experienced disruptions in sleep, stress, and anxiety. Even further, tenants with pets are working to handle and maintain the potential developed stress in their pets.  Furthermore it is a violation of the health and safety code to not promptly fix faulty fire alarm systems. We have a full record of everytime the fire alarm systems have been faulty, as well as a video of the very last time it went off, (that lasted two hours), and an event number from the police (who responded because 11 people from around the neighborhood called).  It is also a violation of California’s Code of Regulations to not have a responsible person present on the site at all times. And in the event there is not one, the owner is required to stay on site. Through these maintenance issues, we have had no responsible person onsite since Addie quit and moved out. Had we had one, they would have turned off the alarm the last time it went off.  Finally, it is also a violation of public and private nuisance laws to leave a faulty alarm system blaring without fixing it. We’re in the middle of a busy area, and the noise (as we were told from police and bystanders) could be heard from 5-8 blocks down. And, as mentioned above, in the last incident we had 11 callers to the police from the surrounding neighborhood.  All in all, this property is in violation and has been in multiple violations. We have suffered the consequences of those violations and we now are demanding repairs and compensation for all that we’ve gone through.

  • Stop QTS Data Center — Protect DeForest’s Future!
QTS has not been forthright about the environmental, financial, and community impacts this massive project will bring to our small village. Residents deserve real answers before any approval is granted. The Village of DeForest should not move forward with any approval until QTS provides independent environmental and economic impact studies that are made fully available to the public. This company’s lack of transparency is unacceptable. We refuse to allow a reckless project to jeopardize the health, stability, and sustainability of our community. Let’s protect DeForest’s future before it’s too late. Sign this petition to tell the Village Board: No approval without full transparency from QTS!

  • Skokie Residents Say NO to I.C.E.
As one of the most diverse communities in the country, Skokie welcomes everyone. We condemn the recent U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.) activity and the fear and uncertainty terrorizing our friends, family, and neighbors. We stand with all immigrants and we denounce any attempt to justify these barbaric actions as anything less than racist and xenophobic.
