• Romney's Taxes
If Mitt Romney wants to be president, I want to know how much money he's paid in taxes over the past 10 years. I am suspicious that he has not paid anything during some of those years. If true, that would be an outrage and a vital piece of information that the voting public should know.

  • Keep Family Together: Stop the exploitation of children
A shocking issue in U.S. history has been that of social services' involvement with families who have been accused of child abuse and/or neglect. Many people believe social services to be a steadfast organization with the intention of helping reunite families. Many more know better that social services is nothing more than a means of a corrupt organization to rip families apart and use whatever means necessary to make money and exploit families. The devastation caused year round by social services is unfathomable to any human imaginations. Valuable tax dollars, state funded dollars, and resources are poured into breaking families apart and sending children even as young as newborns to foster homes to be raised by complete strangers who may or may not have the children's best interest in mind. It is proven that children are 6 times more likely to die in foster care than they are with their natural born parents and yet we allow this atrocity to happen every day. What we as American people need to do is take a stand and demand change. Social services workers receive compensation for the longer they keep children in their care or in foster care. It is one giant money scheme. We need to take a stand and propose that social services workers be payed more for reuniting families and far less for breaking them apart so they are more inclined to do their job. Not only this, but there should also limitations to their use of power. Currently, social services has a nearly unlimited mass of power to do as they wish with families and it is a direct violation of American rights. Families who can not afford the legal expenses often lose their children and are left heartbroken, financially devastated, and put at the mercy of court systems who would have them prosecuted before they would ever listen to their side of the story. There is no accountability for any slanderous lies that social services may or may not use as a means to achieve their goals and there is no justification for the way the process is handled. Take a stand for American rights. Study what makes this such a big deal and take a stand.

  • Investigation of Pike County Children and Youth Services in Pennsylvania
I lost my grand daughter permanently (Camille Bator Case) and we believe collusion occured between Foster Family in question as well as Pike County Children and Youth Services. Related documents exist as well as much supporting information to substantiate this theory. Under normal circumstances reunification with the family would be the primary concern; In this case it was termination of parental rights/adoption. We are asking for an impartial/objective investigation into this case by a third party so that the truth evolve and to prevent a situation such as this from ever occuring again.

  • Brain Tumors
My sister Tina was diagnosed with a brain tumor. 10 years later, my brother was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Doctors say that Brain Tumors are Not Hereditary, I would like to see more research done on this terrible and torturous disease. Doctors can not say where they come from, nor can they say how it appeared, especially when my sister and brother never smoked, never did drugs. They ate healthy, lots of fruits and vegetables. My brother was a gymnastic teacher and was very athletic. I work with the public and all I keep hearing is how a certain member in someone's family suddenly got a brain tumor. Although it is too late for my sister and brother, We Still need to find out WHY and WHAT IS HAPPENING that We are Now hearing about More and More People getting this sickness. I am asking all of you to sign this petition so that we can start up the research as fast as we can and hopefully find a cure for this. Thank You.

  • Government salaries
Let's get all elected officials from the county level all the way up to the president to cut their salaries by 10% across the board. Let's get them to stop cutting into social programs just to line their pockets with another pay raise. This 10% cut would also have to affect even their little hidden benefits. If we were to get this done it would definitely kick start the economy, making the American people believe again in our government.

  • CREATE JOBS NOW!
Enough is enough—we can’t wait any longer. Three years after Wall Street wrecked our economy, 25 million people are still unable to find full-time work and the scandalous gap between the 1% and the 99% continues to grow. Congress promised to bring jobs, but where are they?

Stop referring to Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid as "Entitlement Programs", which sounds like we don't deserve them. Refer to them as "Earned Benefits".

  • Tell Congress To Fix our Credit Reports!
The average American is limited as a result of 2 areas of credit reporting that is in essence immoral, unethical, and limits the average American from attaining the American dream! I personally have been affected by 2 areas on my credit report. 1) medical bills, 2) Student loans. While I have committed my professional life to making a difference in education, I have had to lean on student loans in order to become an educator. Congress/The President, could stimulate the economy immediately if they were to find it unlawful to use against a consumer those thing necessary in order to 1) make a living, 2) seek health care. There is no evidence that a person with high student loans, or medical bills will not make their house payment! In the contrary, it increases their investment in their community which establishes long term investment. It stimulates the economy!
