• Reduce all congressional pensions
Currently Congress spends less time working that we who have full time jobs do. As of October 1, 2010, 443 retired Members of Congress were receiving federal pensions based fully or in part on their congressional service. Of this number, 262 had retired under CSRS and were receiving an average annual pension of $69,420. A total of 181 Members had retired with service under FERS and were receiving an average annual pension of $38,460 in 2010. This is higher than the national average. Since so many other state and local employees have has their pensions decreased due to high burden on the tax payers, I believe Congress should receive the same treatment.

  • Health Care for Amreicans
Provide Health care for all Americans in USA. This will make American products competitive in the world market as CEOs can compete with other nations. Presently the Health insurance and Pill makers are taking an inordinate amount out of the economy. This makes American products too expensive the feed their greed.

  • Voters Rights is today's Civil Rights
We should be making laws especially Voters Laws easier for the American People not harder. I think that everyone should show proof that they are of age & should be able to vote. The voting stations should take photos of everyone that votes and if there are any fraud, those folks should be severely punished with a huge fine and possibly jail time. I think there should be a law to keep lawmakers from making it harder for voters to vote, but instead make ways to broaden voters. Any lawmakers that changing Voters Laws should be responsible for providing ALL accommodations to ALL effected voters, IT SHOULDN'T BE THE PUBLIC RESPONSIBILITY TO BE ABLE TO VOTE , IT'S OUR RIGHT AND THE LAWMAKERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING IT WORK for ALL.

  • On a Path to Recovery
Drilling in the Arctic; The Keystone XL pipeline; Fracking in NY and other precious pure areas...will destroy this country's ability to recover its former status as a world leader. The ongoing wars this country is engaged in have destroyed the middle class, reinforced the stronghold that the military-indutrial complex has on the power structure of this country. We must change the priorities to SURVIVE!!!

  • Gas Drilling in Pennsylvania
Our erstwhile representatives, in all of their glory, found it in their hearts to exempt Southeastern PA from the hardships of drilling and yet continue to rape the land of both Northeastern ans Southwestern PA. what makes SEPA so special? Isn't the heatlth and welfare of the rest of the state just as important? Aren't our environment and watersheds worth protecting? Apparently NOT!!!

  • Rescue Great Bay
Population growth, sprawl, and outdated water infrastructure are all contributing to the decline of the Great Bay estuary, pushing it towards a tipping point. Nitrogen pollution levels have increased dramatically, leading to the loss of eelgrass – a critical habitat for fish and other marine species- within the estuary. The mission of Rescue Great Bay is to work together to advance and foster public support for meaningful and immediate regulatory actions and sound management of the Great Bay estuary and associated marine resources consistent with the Clean Water Act and other environmental laws.

  • CIVILIAN POLICE ACCOUNTABILITY COUNCIL
My son Flint Farmer was gunned down and killed by a Chicago Police Officer while he was lying on his stomach. This officer of the law has still not been arrested, and it's been over a year. Also, this incident was caught on video by the officer's own police car dash cam. And in the police report, the police ruled this as a justifiable homocide. We need someone other than the police to police the police!
