Having political ads, by any candidate or for any political issue, is inappropriate during the Super Bowl, a time for communities of friends and family, co-workers and neighbors, to gather to enjoy a great sporting championship (plus fun commercials and an entertaining half-time extravaganza). This is true at all times, but especially with the current divisive political climate, where even within groups of friends and family there can be starkly different political views, and where pains are often taken to avoid getting into political discussions. For the NFL to run political ads at any time, but especially now, would be nothing less than crass and insensitive. We encourage the NFL not to accept political ads during any of its games, but especially during the Super Bowl, now and going forward.

We’ve heard from multiple witnesses in the House’s impeachment investigation into President Trump. And they’ve each given us a crucial look into the president’s troubling conduct. But there’s one key player who has yet to be questioned -- and the American people deserve to hear what he has to say: President Trump himself. Trump has told lie after lie to the public to cover up his repeated abuses of power. That’s why he must testify before Congress -- and swear under penalty of perjury that he’s telling the truth. The American people deserve to hear from Trump under oath on questions like: - When will you release the full, un-redacted transcripts from your calls with the Ukrainian president? - Is it acceptable for candidates to solicit campaign help from a foreign entity? - When will you release your tax returns, as you’ve publicly said you’ll do? Both President Nixon and President Clinton gave depositions around their impeachment inquiries. And Democrats have the power to call Trump to testify right now. He can either comply, or admit he’s not prepared to do that -- which will speak volumes. The impeachment process is meant to educate the American people, so they can be active participants in judging the facts and making a decision. But that can’t happen as long as Trump has free rein to lie to the public -- so it’s time for Congress to compel Trump’s sworn testimony and get the genuine truth, or make Trump face legal consequences if he lies. Add your name to tell Congress: make President Trump face the American people -- and give a deposition under oath.

I believe the NFL referees should be penalized for missed calls and blowing calls on all NFL teams. They do not have the right to call games in favor of who they want to win. Then when it's all said and done, the referees will say we missed the call, it was not the right call and we messed up. Ultimately causing a team to lose who should have won. The referees should be penalized for their actions, just as players, coaches and teams do. This will continue if nothing is done about it. Teams deserve to win fairly and not unjustly. I feel that referees are doing this in effort to stop reviews from happening. They feel they are being undermined by teams by going against their decisions.  But in all fairness teams wouldn't have to do this if games were called fairly. Our teams go out every game play their hearts out just to get screwed by these referees who call the game how they want to call the game.  Why does the NFL have all these rules for the players and coaches to follow, but the referees don't have to follow them? The players and coaches get fined, penalized and suspended for their actions,  so why do the referees not have any consequences when they screw up a game for a great team? I ask that Rodger Goodell implement punishment for all referees who miss call games and let games get out of control for their pleasure.

Facebook has been restricting me from interacting with other groups and pages created on Facebook! They have even limited the use of my own groups and pages. They won't even tell me what violations I supposedly broke! If they are going to provide news to over 50% of the American people and sell ads that target the News media than they should be held accountable like every other Media Company in the United States of America!

My daughter was murdered. They messed the report up so badly that my daughter is both, Mary Magdeline and Jesus on the same page. When asked why they have not arrested the person for murder, I told them who did it, they point at their mistakes as why. In the meantime, the murderer is still out there on the street murdering others. Their are laws on the books for this purpose. The D.A.'s Office told me to have PCSO send case over to them. I requested it in person. Was told "no".Sheriff refuses to talk to me. Keeps sending same 3 biased IA, Homicide and other Detective down to tell me my daughter is not worthy of their time. She was when she was helping your undercover officer get detailed Information on 37 suspects and send them to prison. 11 months after her sentence was finished, she was murdered by one of those people. Pinellas County is now the Murder Capitol, it is passed time to do something. Let's start by arresting those who murder by opioid/fentanyl, spice, or any other drug on the list in our murder clauses. DO THE RIGHT THING and USE THE LAWS AS INTENDED.

Taylor Swift has been fighting for her music rights for almost a year now. Scott Borchetta and Scooter Braun refuse to permit her to sing her previous works at the AMAs for no valid reason. Both of these men have antagonized her and continue to use their position of power to try and scare her from speaking out. Neither of these men has contributed to her success and it’s disgusting to see them take credit for what she has made for herself and her career. So many young upcoming artists have been taken advantaged of people in positions of power. Taylor Swift is one of the biggest artists in the world right now imagine being so high up in an industry but can’t sing your own music it’s unsettling and we need change now.

Colin Kaepernick now has a chance to return to professional football team; he is scheduled for a workout in front of a dozen teams. But, too many teams think he would be a liability. Tell those teams that he will be a asset.

Seems simple enough, doesn't it? If there is a vacancy, the candidate with the highest number of votes should win, right? The creation of this petition is so that the community can be heard…so that our votes will be counted! November 5, 2019, Municipal Elections, Region 1, Monroe County, Pennsylvania. There were 2 school board seats on the ballot. There was only 1 candidate, the SAME candidate, on the ballot for both seats; and he won both…a 2yr term and a 4yr term. As such, he is required to choose one seat and forfeit the other. There was a write-in candidate. He took a few hundred votes, second to the winning candidate. It may surprise you that this doesn't matter…that the votes won't count. They won't count because the school board will ultimately decide who will take the forfeited seat. There is even speculation that it will be a board member who LOST their seat in the primaries, which is why this matters…because VOTES matter. What would it say to the community if the PMSD School Board filled the forfeited seat with someone who was unequivocally voted OUT in the May primaries? It is for the power of the VOTE that this petition was created. All VOTES matter. Please, hear the community, and honor democracy by certifying the candidate with the second highest votes to take the forfeited seat.
