As a Kansan, I was disturbed that the United States Senator elected to represent me would take part in an effort to overthrow the election of another state. If my vote is to count, my elected representatives must trust the state and local officials whose job it is to accurately conduct, count, and audit each election. Regardless of the outcome of the election, Senator Marshall's actions set a dangerous precedent for our nation's democracy that anyone's vote may not count so long as enough U.S. Senators object at the point of certification. This is a violation of the United States Constitution and amounts to an attempt to overthrow the Government of the United States. Senator Marshall presented no substantiated evidence to support his actions, and instead used conjecture, conspiracy theories, and lies to support his claims. Without verified evidence of election fraud, Senator Marshall's actions amount to an act of sedition, and for that he should be expelled. The First Amendment gives me the right to petition the United States Government for a redress of grievances, and as his constituent, I petition the United States Senate to hold Senator Roger Marshall of Kansas accountable for his actions.

Ending white supremacy is THE work of our generation. Its been 15 years since the FBI warned us that the klan and other hate groups had infiltrated police forces across the nation. On JAN 6TH 2021 we saw the consequences of previous administration's failure to act on the FBI's warnings. This horrible failure must be corrected. We must not tolerate intolerance!! Will you stand on the right side of history Mr. President? Label hate groups as terrorists and make it impossible for them to function in the light of day. Hate speech is not free speech it is premeditated violence.

Senator Hawley's actions directly put our nation's democracy at risk. He incited violence by his words and must be removed.

Consistently with this country’s history, women and people of color are given little celebration. Yet they have been the literal backbone of this nation. It is long overdue for their contributions to be noted.

The President of the United States wields tremendous power. This President is a clear and present danger and has actively supported insurrection. Impeachment would take too long. He is clearly incapacitated and unable to perform his duties. Vice-President Pence can be a caretaker until the inauguration of Joe Biden.

Senator Hawley claims to be fighting for the people, but in reality he is fighting for himself and Donald Trump. If he will not respect the will of the people, he does not deserve the privilege of serving them. He also has shown that he will use Missourians as a pawn in his game of power, no matter the cost to the Nation.

Donald Trump's pathetic efforts to stay in office against the will of the American voters has been truly criminal. His departure from office will not end this abuse. If there are no consequences for breaking the law, Trump and those like him will continue to do it with impunity. We call on all prosecutors—federal, state, and local—to fully investigate alleged crimes committed by Donald Trump before, during, and certainly after his time in office, and to prosecute them fully if he has broken the law. Donald Trump is not above the law—and no number of Twitter followers can be allowed to change that. If he has broken the law, he must be held accountable. Federal law enforcement—the FBI and DOJ—has an obligation to investigate the very public illegality Trump is implicated in, from lying on his taxes, to treating the White House as a campaign tool and lure to make money at the Trump Hotel, and even attempting to pressure Georgia's Secretary of State to "find" (meaning: "fabricate") enough votes to throw the election to him. And it looks like he's broken state laws as rampantly as federal, giving New York's Attorney General and Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney jurisdiction to prosecute Trump for crimes that cannot be waived by a presidential pardon. Trump should not be singled out for prosecution solely because he was president or to settle political disagreement. But by the same token, he must not be given special treatment or have his crimes ignored simply because of the office he held, because of the extent of the corruption he perpetrated, or because he still has millions of supporters. Nobody is above the law, and Trump's wealth and abuse of his office must not be allowed to justify putting him above accountability under the law. Our democracy depends on it.

Thousands of residents work from home (regardless of Covid). Our children are learning from home. Elderly, impaired, and infants are home all day trying to rest. It has become impossible to concentrate on any given day of the week as leaf blowers are used every day at all hours of the day! We have also ceased to hear birds for much of the day, animals run in fear, kids cease playing outside, you can't even walk your dog any longer without being blasted with NOISE & POLLUTION!

The officer held down the dog with his knees and repeatedly punched him for refusing to return a reward he was just given. The witness heard alarming crying and saw the officer strike the dog 10 times before beginning to video. This is a serious offense which indicates behavior by the officer of loss of control, overreaction, and harm using his position of power.
