H&M has purchased cotton from Daewoo International, which imports cotton picked by child laborers in Uzbekistan, for its products. H&M must be more accountable and ethical in its business. Petition H&M to reform its business with organizations that immorally capitalize on child labor.

This petition requests that our government regulate the amount of overdraft fees, which primarily hurt lower income people. Currently, banks charge on average $30.00 per overdraft, even if the amount over is less than $30.00. They also charge multiple fees instead of freezing transactions. This petition is asking for fairness in setting a limit to these fees.

My interest rate is 7.05 % . I started with world savings pic a payment plan. They were sued and lost the lawsuit. Wachovia bought them and turned me down three times. Wells fargo bought them and there debt for tax relief. They were sued over it. Lost and ordered to modify peoples loans. I have had eight home preservationists, and turned down on three modification requests. I called HUD. I'am getting nowhere. MMI is trying to modify my loan and consoladate my credit card debt. SodaStream markets itself as an environmentally friendly product to “Turn Water Into Fresh Sparkling Water And Soda”… but there is nothing sexy about the destruction of Palestinian life, land and water resources! SodaStream is an Israeli corporation that produces all of its carbonation devices in an illegal settlement in the West Bank. All Israeli settlements exist in direct contravention to international law! This settlement company obscures its true illegal origin by marking its products “Made in Israel”, however “made in an illegal Israeli settlement” is more like it.

Presently credit card issuers have free reign for fees and policies often changing their rules (interest rates, late fees, due dates, and junk fees) at the drop of a hat. The credit card agreement should be a one year agreement with 60days notice of changes for the next contract.

My son, Brian, lost his job because he was ill. Delta fired him while he was on FLMA stating that he didn't have the time available. The way Delta works their FLMA is misapplied. They use a running 12 month period of time and if an employee becomes ill at the beginning of the year, there is no FLMA time built up to cover the time needed.

I think it's ridiculous that the NFL gets to be listed as a tax nonprofit organization like churches and other charities. I don't think many Americans would accept the fact that they pay no taxes. Everyone knows that they are business and make plenty of money.

I am tired of all these con advertisements that promise you everything under the sun until you read the fine print,problem is they may show the fine print but it's so small and flashed on the screen so fast,you can't read it unless you have a dvr.There was once a time when false advertisement was against the law but now a days ,these people can lie to you as long as they flash the fine print in their advertisements.

I'm a government employee, and I'm angry because my Thrift Savings Plan retirement fund portfolio includes ExxonMobil and Chevron Corporation. I think it has become a moral imperative that we move away from fossil fuels and into green technologies. We can't seem to stop the flow of billions of dollars in tax subsidies to Big Oil, but as government employees, we can exercise our rights to ask our fund managers to divest from ExxonMobil and Chevron, or at least give us a green fund alternative. With fossil fuel corporations banking on exploiting 5 times the amount of carbon considered safe to burn without exceeding a 2-degree C global temperature increase (see http://math.350.org ), government employees should be concerned about the fact that they're investing in Big Oil's business plan for wrecking the planet! There are better investment alternatives with better long-term growth potential (e.g., solar).
