    This is a petition against how apple charges customers tax after the checkout of iTunes and the app store. When you purchase digital product and check out you have to enter a password then a confirmation for the price pops up. However this is not the actual price you are billed. I and millions of others are letting apple charge you tax after your transaction is complete.

    Television viewing costs keep rising.As consumers we have no choice but to purchase packages with multiple channels we do not want only to get the few channels that we do wish to view.   • Limit the size of major corporations.
    Limit the size of major corporations. I'm not a writer, but here goes nothing.. I feel that a major contributor to the high number of the unemployed is the never ending accumulation of businesses/corporations by larger corporations. When companies merge, employees are weeded out that perform similar functions. Once more, when the major corporation sends these jobs off-seas, the job no longer is done in this country. Finally, this leads to higher prices to the consumer caused by the lack of competing companies.

  • No more bribes from the NRA
    I, for one, am getting pretty sick of congressman accepting what amounts to bribes from special interest groups. In light of the road the NRA (National Rifle Association) has taken this country over the last couple decades, I think these bribes (i.e. "contributions") are especially egregious. So dear congresspeople: If you count money from the NRA to fund their campaign war chests, you can count us out.

  • Don't allow gruesome violence on broadcast television
    The gun industry often takes the blame for violent acts committed in America. In reality the the violent tendencies stem from inappropriate content driving an individual's moral decay. Let's start a petition to address the real root of the violence in our country and place the responsibility for these violent crimes where it stems from rather than on individuals who support the second amendment. Tell the government to do something about the gruesomely violent television shows and inappropriate content that is being broadcast on television, internet, and on the radio!
