• Raise the Minimum Wage to $15 Per Hour in NM
The United States has become a de facto plutocracy/oligarchy and that plutocracy/oligarchy is contemptible. Hate it. Demand it be fixed now. *http://thinkprogress.org/economy/2013/12/01/3007011/minimum-wage-percent-leave-workers/ **http://robertreich.org/post/45333866908 and Bureau of Labor Statistics' Consumer Price Index inflation calculator.

  • raise the Arkansas minimum wage!
Arkansas needs to set an example to the nation of caring about its hardworking citizens. It is time to raise the minimum wage to $12 an hour. I and many others are unable to make ends meet on the current and very outdated wage scale. Time to make Arkansas a better place to work and live!

  • Tell the Governor of Oregon that unaffordable rent causes homelessness
I started this petition because I'm a witness to the extreme rate of homelessness in Eugene, Oregon. Me and the wife just got off the streets. I'm an injured worker and she has a part time teaching job. We are barely making it. A single person needs to earn $30k per annum just to make it here in Oregon.

  • Tell the Kentucky State to raise the minimum wage.
Our state's current minimum wage is $7.25. That's not enough for anyone to live on. We deserve an economy that works for everyone, not just the wealthy and well-connected. Join with me in calling on our state legislature to pass legislation to raise the minimum wage to $12.

  • Raise Minimum wage
I find it appalling that we do not have an appropriate minimum wage in this state to reflect the times. We need to raise the minimum wag to at least $10.00 -per hour so that hard working people can support their families

  • Raise NH'S Minimum Wage
people have no choice but to be on food stamp assistance because the minimum wage here in NH is too low. I am someone who is on assistance because minimum wage jobs here are $7.25 an hour and that just isn't enough to be free of being on assistance.

  • Raise The Minimum Wage In Ohio
Our current state minimum wage is $7.95, and tipped minimum wage is $3.98. Everyone deserves an economy that works for them, not just those who are wealthy, well-connected, or both. Join me in calling upon our state legislature and governor John Kasich to raise the minimum wage to $10.10 and hour, and the tipped minimum wage to $6.25 an hour. If enough of us come together, it may be raised even higher. All we can do is use our voices, let your voice be heard.
