If Mark Judge does not testify, the hearing to decide Judge Kavanaugh's moral fitness to sit on the US Supreme Court will be a sham. Demand that everyone in the room at the time of the alleged attempted rape be called to testify at the hearing. Demand Mark Judge be subpoenaed to testify.

When it comes to voting, partisan politics should not matter. University of Miami students and faculty should be able to vote at a convenient location on campus. Other universities across the state will have early voting on their campuses, don't let us be left out. Professor Christine Blasey Ford’s sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh cannot be taken lightly. The rush to confirm Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court must cease until these deeply disturbing allegations are addressed by the Senate Judiciary Committee and by the nominee. Like all survivors, Professor Ford deserves to be heard and treated fairly and respectfully. The abuse she detailed must not be ignored and belittled to jam through a Supreme Court nominee. These allegations come on top of a nomination process already clouded with uncertainty. Millions of pages of Kavanaugh's relevant records have been withheld from the American public. And allowing a President who is under investigation to appoint a Supreme Court Justice who might hear a case related to that investigation would compromise the integrity of the Supreme Court. There is too much at stake to rush this process. The American people deserve to know the full truth about any nominee for a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court -- and putting the brakes on Kavanaugh’s proceedings until we have all the facts is non-negotiable.

On March 22, 2017, I sued Trump to block Jay Clayton for SEC and inform him about crooked US Attorney Colm Connolly. The D.C. Clerk of Court refused to docket my case (HAAS v. TRUMO) until 3 weeks after (May 24th) Jay Clayton was confirmed. Then Trump nominated Colm Connolly for Delaware Federal Court. Mitt Romney is being protected by Trump - Obstructively - to protect Goldman Sachs from indictment. There are many laws against this, including RICO; but no one with the guts enough to take on Romney & Goldman Sachs. America needs thus investigation.

On 17 September 1851, the Fort Laramie Treaty was signed between United States treaty commissioners and representatives of the Cheyenne, Sioux, Arapaho, Crow, Assiniboine, Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nations. The United States acknowledged that all the land covered by the treaty was Indian Territory, however... BEFORE THE INK WAS DRY, THE TREATY WAS BROKEN. In the century that followed, over 500 treaties made with Native Nations were also broken — which has degraded the lives of Indigenous Peoples and the environmental health of Mother Earth. Honoring Native Peoples treaty rights protects us all from environmental genocide. Native Children's Survival challenges the United States and its Congress to #RightTheWrong and honor, with negotiations, at least one of the more than 500 broken treaties made with Native Nations - starting with the 1851 Fort Laramie Treaty.

My country, Puerto Rico, is been governed by an anti-democratic Federal Oversight Management Board, imposed by the Federal Government, which is taking our people to a deeper economic depression due to their insane political measures. We need to abolish this law and the Board asap or otherwise our people will face the worst human catastrophe ever, including massive migration to the US states, which will put bigger burdens over their governmental services. As a retired Full Professor of the University of Puerto Rico, all of us are facing the obligatory reduction of our pensions. This will make us live under the poverty level of the US.

Native American tribes from the United States and Canada are demanding that famous landmarks in Yellowstone National Park not be used to honor men who supported the "extermination of American Indians." In Yellowstone National Park, Mount Doane is named after a man who led the massacre of nearly 200 Piikani people on a Montana river bank and Hayden Valley was named after a man who called for the "extermination of American Indians." Leaders of the Blackfoot Confederacy and Great Sioux Nation are demanding that Mount Doane and Hayden Valley be renamed to "First Peoples Mountain" and "Buffalo Nations Valley." This fall, the U.S. Board On Geographic Names will decide whether or not to rename these famous landmarks. Please sign our petition and stand with the tribal leaders demanding justice for their people.

Documents recently obtained by Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-OR) revealed that the Trump Administration moved $10 million from FEMA, the agency tasked with protecting us from and preparing us for disasters like hurricanes, to Trump and Jeff Sessions’ detention and deportation efforts. The purpose of FEMA is to reduce the loss of life and property in emergency situation. How FEMA spends its money is often a matter of life and death. This is especially true during hurricane season — and especially true right now, as Hurricane Florence bears down on the East Coast. Overall, $169 million has been taken from the Domestic Nuclear Detection Office, the U.S. Coast Guard, the TSA, and others so that ICE has millions of dollars more to carry out an extremist agenda of tearing apart families, detaining children, and instilling fear and trauma on those who seek the American Dream. Using funds from FEMA and other agencies for cruel political pet projects like family detention and deportation is not only inhumane, it’s dangerous. Tell the Trump Administration to stop separating families and give this money back!
