Every president has complied with this rule. D Trump is receiving money from foreign governments. How much Russian influence? Russians altered our presidential election. Where is the house and senate? Who is protecting the people? Where is the government?

This petition seeks the resignation of Donald J. Trump.

Donald Trump's recent immigration executive orders unleashed the worst political humanitarian crisis in recent US history. He has directed his deportation force to separate immigrant families, barred refugees from fleeing life-threatening conditions, and banned legal permanent residents -- and even United States citizens with dual citizenship -- from entering the country because of their nations of origin. His orders are blatantly racist, Islamaphobic, and anti-immigrant. They are ill-conceived and morally reprehensible. But if enough members of Congress call on Donald Trump and DHS Secretary John Kelly to rescind their racist executive orders, the White House will have no choice to pull these orders. Members of Congress have a responsibility to intervene and stand up for ALL of their constituents. Please join us in demanding action to this nightmare.

Our current president has, in his first week in office, demonstrated a disdain and outright hostility for the founding tenets of the United States. A religious test for immigration is illegal and unconstitutional, and goes against this country's history and core beliefs. We need real, courageous leadership, and thus we ask our former presidents to stand side by side and help reverse this unlawful act.

My friends and I have marched and written letters and checks, and made phone calls. The National Democratic Party should start spending some of the money we sent them to go on the attack via radio, TV and the Internet. The Republicans have preceded elections by "framing" our candidates. Now it's time to introduce "Trump the Con Man" and the PTR = Party for The Rich, formerly the GOP. Are Democrats waiting for the next election to get sucker punched again?

To require our elected representatives to reflect the will of their constituency and, in the absence of a filibuster, act as a unified front by withholding consent to Trump’s overreaching agenda.

Trump needs to divest his businesses. If he won't, America needs to divest from them instead.

A mountain of evidence calls the validity of the election into question, casting doubt, by any standard, on whether there it was a "free and fair" vote. Judging by the actions of the administration, this is an issue that has bi-partisan support. If we are to exist as a democracy, there is no alternative.

Trump has been president for a week and already our communities are being attacked. But, we are not afraid. We are ready to fight the Trump agenda and speak up for our communities and our values. And we expect our elected officials to represent our values! Sen. Feinstein has yet to vote NO on any of Trump's cabinet picks. Four votes and four ayes. We are ready to send democratic leadership a message. We expect our officials to block this administration on every turn, NO MORE yes votes!

This is a specific violation regarding property that belongs to all of us--the Old Post Office Building. The GSA's contract specifically does not allow an elected official to benefit from the lease. This property has tremendous symbolic importance, located between the White House and the Capitol Building. It is a very important place to begin holding Trump responsible for his business interests colliding with the people's interests. After marching in Los Angeles on January 21, this is my next step.
