The politicians have taken their free ride too far. They must remember they work for THE PEOPLE

The US Senators and congresspeople are elected and empowered by the public to serve the needs of those whom the represent. Their job performance should be subject to regular review. If they do not make an outstanding effort at leading our nation's people forward, a Citizen's review process should be created to evaluate the problem.

We all know how career politicians are only out to serve themselves. Lets stop this abuse of the power that WE THE PEOPLE give them.

Social security checks may not go out this month. I have several friends living on social security and or disability who will not be able to pay rent of buy medicine and food

National outcry declaring a Vote of "No Confidence" against the current Congress of the United States -- House of Representatives and Senate.

Ordinary people are paying full time benefits and salaries to a Congress that works part-time hours. This is an insult to hard-working Americans.

Are you sick of Congressional inaction? Tired of Congress putting their own ideological concerns before the welfare of the People? What would it be like to start over?

We the people hired congress to make laws that are in our best interest. This congress continues to stall and do nothing about very important issues. There are millions of people who are being adversely affected by their refusal to do their jobs. If they are unwilling or incapable, we should remove any and all members of congress not performing their duties

The US Congress is at a standstill constantly and it is clear what the issue is: too many people are putting their party ahead of what is best for the country. Term limits should be enacted to keep Congressman and Senators from getting too cozy with those who fund their re-election campaigns.

The race for State Senate between Democrat Cecilia Tkaczyk and Republican George Amedore has come down to just a few dozen votes. A New York State judge certified the Republican as the winner, even though there are hundreds of ballots left that still haven't been counted, including ours! By failing to count our votes, we have been disenfranchised from local, state and federal races. As Election Inspectors, we have been trained to resolve technical problems to ensure that every voter has the opportunity to vote. It is outrageous that, because of improper guidance from the Board of Elections, our votes haven't been counted. In a democracy, every vote must be counted. And in the Tkaczyk-Amedore race, with the result so close, we can't know who really won the election until every voice is heard. The race is being appealed to the Appellate Division, 3rd Department, of the New York State Supreme Court, and the case will be heard Monday. They must count every vote!

Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution: "Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States ."
