  • Support a National Popular Vote for President -- End the Electoral College
    The stats are striking: The overwhelming majority of Americans don't get to participate in presidential elections in a meaningful way. We just finished a presidential election in which President Obama made campaign visits to just eight states after being nominated, and Governor Romney to only 10. Two-thirds of the campaign visits this fall were to just four “key” states: Ohio, Florida, Virginia, and Iowa. 100% of the visits were to just 12 “key” states. Every voter should matter equally in presidential elections. Let's tell Congress to put forth an amendment to end the Electoral College.
