• Honorable Elections
No paper trail electronic voting is unfathomable. People waiting long hours to vote is wrong. When I hear "Election Day" I visualize twenty four hours, not twelve. I live in a state with mail in voting.

  • Nonpartisan Uniform Voting Regulations
This is a response to the numerous problems American citizens faced on election day. It is long overdue for elections to be run by professional, nonpartisan elections officials with rules and methods uniform across the United States.

  • National Reform of Voting Procedures
When I see people having to wait hours to vote I am stunned. As long as a political partisan is in charge of voting rules the system will be compromised to disenfranchise whomever the political partisan deems opposed to their particular political agenda.

  • Republican Congress...Stop voting AGAINST all legislation and work with President Obama!!!
Congress has repeatedly refused to pass legislation that is in the best interest of this country. Over the last 4 years, Republicans have voted against the Jobs Act and just about every piece of legislation the President proposed. Republican Senator Mitch McConnell revealed the GOP's true intent: "The single most important thing we want to achieve is for President Obama to be a one-term president." Well, their plan to sabotage the President didn't work, so now, we need to tell them to do what is in the best interest of this country...work together, so this country can move FORWARD!!!

Restore confidence in the process. Provide more Federal intervention. Take the process our of the hands of politicians. Make it easier to vote, and establish penalties for anyone who attempts to thwart the process.

  • The Promise to Congress
This is to send a message to all of congress that we are tired of them collectively not doing their jobs. If congress remains in a gridlock of failure we will vote out every incumbent that is up for election in 2014. We will do the same in 2016. We won’t continue to do the same thing and expect different results.

  • Standarized Election Procedures
The arbitrary election rules in each state are unacceptable and supress the vote. Unecessary long lines, fewer days for early voting and the voter-id scams need to stop. We need the same rules in all states. Period!
