• Honesty IN Government
We need to have transperancy in Government from the federal levels on down. This petition is to get honesty and the truth out of our leaders. If this does not happen we should have a right to remove them from a position without a reason. Enough is enough

  • Petition For Impeachment
Charles H. Grodnik, Judge is in violation of his oath of office by being engaged in the practice of law strictly prohibited by state constitution, ARTICLE 7. Judicial Section 11. Tenure of justices of Supreme Court and judges of the Court of Appeals "No such justice or judge shall, during his term of office, engage in the practice of law, run for elective office other than a judicial office, directly or indirectly make any contribution to, or hold any office in, a political party or organization or take part in any political campaign." If this Judge hasn't already drug you into court he probably will one day as he is a privet attorney for a collection agency. you don't even have to owe any money to him or the company he represents and they will say you do. As in the case of FIRSTSOURCE V. Hays. Instead of protecting the rights of the people this Jude as an attorney is violating the rights of his constituents in order to turn a profit for him self. Due to these violations of the law, his oath and the rights of the people this man needs to be removed from his elected office. This judge is also violating his own code of conduct i.e. "RULE 3.10: Practice of Law A judge shall not practice law. A judge may act pro se and may, without compensation, give legal advice to and draft or review documents for a member of the judge's family,* but is prohibited from serving as the family member's lawyer before a tribunal. This Rule does not prohibit the practice of law pursuant to military service."

  • NATIONAL DEBT
The national debt is nearly $16,000,000,000,000.00. That's 16 TRILLION DOLLARS. To pay it off each citizen in the U.S would need to contribute nearly $51,000.00. The time is now! Republicans, Democrats, Tea Party and other political parties MUST stop the grandstanding and posturing and balance and start to lower this staggering figure. Either they get with the program or toss them out of office!

  • Limiting Congress.
I don't think that members of Congress should continue to enjoy so many special perks ,e.g.medical care, retirement benefits, that are paid for by our income taxes.

  • Petition For Impeachment
Judge Charles C. Wicks is in violation of his oath of office and violating the rights of others from his elected set. He violated the rights of my wife Alicia M. Hays in a small claims case denying her the assistance of counsel. He then proceeded to violate the rights of Joshua R. Hays and ordered him to serve six months in jail for attempting to represent his wife in a small claims case. He did this without affording him any due process of law, committing multiple constitutional violations to which he had no authority to do. This affects the people of this county as well as the state of Indiana due to the fact he is an elected official entrusted by the people to protect our rights and he is not doing that. I do not know his ambitions as a elected official if he wants to seek higher appointments of office or if he just intends to stay a superior court judge, I do however know that he has already committed acts of treason and went against his oath and due to these violations we the people can not trust him and need to put an end to his elected and political career so he can no longer continue to violate our rights or has an opportunity to violate our rights on a larger scale.

  • We Can Be Better
America can be better. This is a promise that my great-granparents passed on to every generation of my family after passing through Ellis Island, straight down to me. But that promise is in danger of being broken-- we have allowed ourselves to expect nothing from ourselves. To stop striving to be better, to reach for not greatness, and avoid not failure, but to hope for mediocrity.

IT IS WELL KNOW THAT ELECTED OFFICALS GET BENEFITS THAT THE REST OF DON'T. I SAY WHAT'S GOOD FOR THE PUBLIC IS GOOD FOR THEM. THEY NO LONGER GET SPECIAL PRIVILEDGES. THEIR BENEFITS ARE BASED ON HOW LONG THEY SERVED NOT THE SAME FOR ALL. THEY DO NOT GET TO SET THEIR OWN SALARIES. WE THE PEOPLE DO.

  • Neither my Kansas values, nor vote, are for sale
Governor Brownback has sent a clear message to moderate Republicans. His party is different. It is no longer the party of President Dwight D. Eisenhower, Senator Bob Dole and Governor Bill Graves. This party believes in the Austrian School of Economics and the Libertarian Party's Koch's Free Economy. They are anti-public school, anti-worker, anti-woman, and anti-middle class. Every issue I advocated for, Sen. Brownback replied by letter stating he was too worried if my solution did not work. I, too, am worried. Worried about parents sending their children to school, worried about job creation, worried about women with no control of their body and worried about taxes and your adviser, Arthur Leffer.

  • The U.S. House of Representatives: Demand that Representative Joe Walsh resign as Congressman of IL
As a young Muslim American and life long Illinoisian, I am appauled at the comments Representative Joe Walsh has made concerning Muslims living in Illinois. I am deeply concerned that his Islamophic message is inciting violence against the Muslim Community in Illinois. Representative Joe Walsh has made a commitment to protect the people of the 8th District, his comments however incite violence and hate towards Muslims and it is shameful that he is an elected official in this great state!
