I do not support reversing the ACA.

The Republican Party is once again trying to push through a bill that is basically no different than all other bills that both the Senate and the American people have rejected. It is time to put an end to passing legislation that will drastically cut Medicaid and force millions off of Health Insurance as well as cause premiums to rise and make it nearly impossible for many who have pre-existing conditions to be able to afford treatment. The time has come to take partisan politics out of HealthCare- and instead, both parties should begin to work towards a system that will either improve the Affordable Care Act-- or better to create a system based on Single Payer Medicare. Stop putting the American People at risk - fix it....don't repeal and replace it.

I'm a retired physician who believes we need to save lives by passing the Conyers House bill and the Sanders Senate Bill for Single payer--improved Medicare for All. This is the only healthcare bill that will help all Americans achieve access to healthcare. In the interim, until Medicare for All is passed, we must defeat all versions of Trump Care like the present deadly Cassidy Graham proposal in the Senate. Obamacare will need to continue until WE THE PEOPLE have the right progressives candidates to pass Medicare for All.

We are CUNY students with disabilities who would be affected by this maneuver. Furthermore, with the removal of significant amounts of funding, others will also be affected. About legalizing a plant that helps people with all kinds of problems. I have used opioids for the severe pain that I am in all the time. They do not work, they are very expensive, very addicting, and they kill. People can get off of these deadly meds if they could use cannabis. Healthcare is the one issue that effects everyone. No one should ever have to experience the daily anxiety and worry of becoming sick or injured and not being able to pay for it.

Opioids claim the lives of 91 individuals every day. With nearly 60,000 overdose deaths in 2016, 60% of which were related to prescription opioids, it is clear that there is a major public health crisis in our country.

People are dying because of this "opioid crisis". But it's not what you think! The CRISIS is that legitimate pain patients are not getting the medications they need. This is because Opioids are being taken away from legitimate patients who truly need them! Only 1% of pain patients ever become addicted to their medications!

We are children's advocates deeply concerned about the political attacks on children, people with disabilities, low-income people, seniors and minorities. When Congress tried to dismantle the ACA, the American people stood up and put a stop to it. The Trump Administration must get the message. #ProtectOurCare
