  • Assign special prosecutor to investigate 9/11
Following the attacks on the US on 9/11, there was a rush to judgement that misled our country into 11 years of war that has no end in sight and that has cost our country more than 12 trillion dollars. It also led to an all out assault on the US Constitution, and as a result, our civil rights have been sacrificed on the altar of national security. New facts show that we were misled by the official 9/11 account and that a new investigation must be initiated.

This petition is about making a law that all pet owners have to spay and neuter their pets. Also any pet adopted out threw a shelter or rescue group or pet store has to be spayed and neutered before they are adopted out. If the pet owners don't comply they will be fined. • All Bars should have breathalyzers to check patrons
Instead of waiting for people to be too drunk to drive or walk. Bars that sell the alcohol should be able to check patrons before they get too drunk to leave.

  • Domestic Abusers Must Register
Domestic abuse affects many people. The physical and mental damages caused by this type of violence can be devastating. Often times, the offenders are serial abusers, going from one relationship to another, ruining lives and causing pain to everyone around them. I suggest that ANYONE that has been convicted of domestic abuse(violence) must register with the state, much like sex offenders. If people know what they are getting into when they enter into a relationship with an abuser, they, or their family, may see the signs of abuse and take action. And MAYBE the abuser will think twice before doing it again!

  • Post-traumatic stress disorder
My son and his friend were killed by a neighbor who is claiming "Post-Tramatic stress disorder" due to being a veteran. My son's neighbor was also shot 11 times but survived. I believe anyone Who claims to have Post-Tramatic Stess Disorder should not be allowed to have possession of a firearm or other dangerous weapons. I feel it should be mandatory for them to see a psychiatrist at least once a month for evaluation. I believe too many people are claiming to have PTSD in order to get government funding. As a mother of my deceased son Gary Hembree, a friend of deceased Roger Picior and friend of Bruce Blake, all from Titusville, FLorida, I would like to see a Bill passed to prevent an incident like this from happening to any other person again. I believe if "Billy Woodward" had been evaluated monthly, these men would be alive today, and the one who lived would not have gone through multiple surgeries and spent over a month in a medical facility. • Stop Courts from Sending Violent Criminals to Alcoholics Anonymous Meetings.
Demand Judges and Lawyers stop sending violent criminals to Alcoholics Anonymous Meetings as part of a plea bargain sentencing. This must stop. Eric Allen Earle allegedly strangled to death his girlfriend Karla Brada of Santa Clarita, California, on August 31, 2011, and it was later discovered that Brada's AA sponsor hid evidence of her abuse from Earle. Kristine and Saundra Cass (Kristine's 13 year old daughter) were brutally murdered by Clayborne Conley whom Kristine met in an AA meeting. Conley was court ordered to AA by a Judge and Mental Health professionals. Every citizen and every AA/NA member have the right to know this is frequently practiced by the hundreds daily and that the Courts need to find somewhere else to send sex offenders and violent offenders when they commit a crime. Send them to jail. Offer them help inside prison where they can not murder innocent women like Karla Brada, Kristine and Saundra Cass. Make meetings available for only violent offenders in the courthouses and prisons separate from regular 12 Step meetings. Another example is the slaying of 80 year old Nancy Daily, who was killed in her Royal Oak home, her hands bound and her throat slit. In addition, in Oregon, a man met a woman through a Narcotics Anonymous meeting and invited her to his place where he attacked the victim and was charged with kidnapping and rape with a deadly weapon.
