Trying to live like a TRUE Christian, it only makes sense that I stand up for the TRUTH, the Holy Bible - the Word of the TRUE God (Jesus Christ). By the way, God is the same yesterday, today, and forever more. Having stated that, then the TRUE Americans have to approve of policies that are in agreement/harmony and/or not in objection to God's Word - always. I have been affected personally - and probably around the other 99% (economically speaking) of the hardworking, TRUE Americans - by the costs of so many things that CANNOT be nearly as costly as they presently are. Jesus Christ (God) was the TRUEST socialist that ever walked the face of the earth. If you profess to be a TRUE Christian or Jew, you CANNOT be in favor of being rich, for the vast majority of cases. Case in point: In relation to ONLY one specific verse (in my opinion) it is easier to win the POWERBALL Lotto than NOT going to hell if you die rich. Use your COMMON SENSE, will you! God bless all TRUE Christians and Jews!

I was very negatively affected by the tenor of the second 2016 presidential debate, and I know many others who were as well. It was emotionally exhausting and left me with feelings of despair about whether as a nation we could ever feel compassion for one another again. The final debate is scheduled for 10/19/16, and I would like to set a deadline for this petition of 10/16/16 at midnight Eastern time.

You can do anything."—Donald Trump, 20051 In the wake of this audio released on Friday, most prominent Republican leaders have expressed their shock at Trump's words, many of them have gone so far as to call for him to step aside. But the fact of the matter is that the Republican party created Trump. They elevated and supported him as he made countless other vile statements. And now, they don't get to un-tangle themselves from him because they've finally figured out that he's unfit to lead our country. This is not the first time Trump has made appaling comments about other individuals and groups of people, but apparently for many Republican leaders, this was the breaking point. But, with less than a month to go until the election, it's too little, too late. When it comes to Trump, his candidacy is squarely on the shoulders of the Republican party. And you better believe that we'll hold each and every Republican who perpetuated his rise accountable on Election Day.

Because I am appalled, disgusted and angry that the Republican Party would even consider allowing this man to run for the most respected office in the world. His misogynistic rhetoric is an offense to all women everywhere.

Thanks to a leaked video from 2005 published by The Washington Post, we’ve all heard Trump gloating to Billy Bush about how he uses fame and power to grope and harass women. “When you’re a star, they let you do it,” Trump says in the video. "You can do anything." This is beyond sleazy. Trump is showing off his ability commit abuse, and this kind of misogyny must be rejected in no uncertain terms. Republicans like Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, and Mike Pence like to talk about themselves as men of traditional values. I was raised with those values too, and wonder how in the world anyone with a basic sense of decency could continue to support Trump. Please join me in telling GOP leaders that enough is enough. Trump’s lukewarm “apology” (saying he never claimed to be perfect) just doesn’t cut it, and the scolding from party leaders is equally inadequate. Republicans must immediately reject Trump, pull their endorsements, and make it clear they do not support this disgusting man as the next President of our nation.

This weekend, America will be celebrating Columbus Day.  Commemorating Columbus' conquests. I urge all of you to stand against this by not participating in any "celebration" of this day.  Columbus is a murderer, the Caribbean's and America's Hitler.  Millions of Taino Indians in our homeland were massacred, enslaved as well as, native Americans and Africans. To honor this man is to honor his atrocious acts.  To honor Columbus is to honor murder, kidnapping, human trafficking, rape and slavery.   I will call on all conscientious people to start a movement to have his day repealed as a National Day.  As Americans we must stand united against injustice and our national holidays must represent and support that.

Making derogatory comments about a group of people is not responsible journalism. Giving accurate information to help the people in Haiti through the storm should be a priority and not the time to make racist and demeaning comments.

There are no rules or laws protecting birds in the food industry; yet 98% of the animals living in factory farms are poultry. The Humane Slaughter Act actually excludes poultry along with other species of animals. That is wrong. All animals need protection.

Developers are proposing new market rate apartments at 2902 Adeline, threatening to increase neighborhood rents, exacerbate parking and traffic problems, and continue the ongoing process of gentrification and displacement in the Bay Area. If our neighborhood is to be developed, the community demands that these negative impacts be mitigated. Through a community-led process involving over 300 people, local residents developed these six demands and sent them to the developers on August 12, 2016. We requested but did not receive a response from the developers within 30 days.

Bill Clinton is an American hero, and a masterful saxaphonist. He is best remembered for balancing the federal budget, negotiating the Oslo Accords, and playing saxophone on Arsenio wearing sunglasses. With 100,000 signatures he will have no choice but to obey the will of the people and play "Baker Street" at his wife's inauguration ball next January.
