To save innocent children and their families from the legal abuse that the department of human resources and the courts are committing against fit and loveing families by Kidnapping our kids and violating our God given and civil rights in order to collect government funds, services, and child support. This should never be reason to remove a child from their safe fit home and loving family, placed into government foster care where the chances of them being sexually, physically, abused, and or even killed. This is not uncommon in foster care. It happens everyday. Our prison population is made up of 85% of former foster children that live with the devastation of being torn from their families as a child and alienated from their loved ones. It's causes the child much more harm and places them a much higher risk more than doubling their chances of suffering from neglect, abuse, death and in almost all cases as an adult their potential is never met in life. The majority of the unemployed, Homeless, addicts, and violent offenders come from foster care. This is information collected by government statistics yet they are still funding these crimes. Our children are our lives, our futures and the civil rights garenteed to all Americans or God's supreme law and rights should not be a thing of the past. Who are we to judge lest we be judged? Fact Dhr, Cps, and organizations that deal with foster placement are paid to remove children from their parents and lives but they are not paid to leave them in their own homes with their families nor do they get paid to return them. This is a multi-billion dollar business in the United States. U.S children are a higher profitable commodity than crack cocaine and heroin. The demand for this commodity is growing . That means that your child is at high risk of being abducted into state foster care and the majority of children are placed on psychological mind altering black boxed drugs that change the chemical make up in their developing brains. Do not think that it's unlikely that your child and family will become the target of such an unimaginable horrific and devastating tragedy because everyday their is a high demand for kids in order for Dhr to receive funding and create more jobs for their employees. This is not a God send. It is a business making profit off of taking away our future and the greatest God sent gifts we have. This has to stop! This is abuse in every sense at its highest and worst but it will continue as long as we let it. Some where there has got to be a line drawn. Our homes is a good place to start if you care about the safety of your children. Please do the research your self. You will be horrified at what you find. Google medical kidnapping in the U.S or legal kidnapping. Get the facts before your child's life is in the hands of some one who is getting paid to abduct them. Please before another child suffers this devastation stand up and say no more will we let you destroy our family and our lives. You would research someone's past before giving them a loan so research it before giving them your child. The proof is there and all you have to do is google it. Don't let what has been done to my child and countless others happen to yours. Learn your constitutional rights and fight to put an end to child trafficking. God bless us all.

Recently, officials from the Nyack Hospital have shown plans to the Building Department to replace the little league field at the corner of Midland Ave and Haven Ct. with a parking lot for hospital employees. But this isn't the hospital's property--it's owned by Nyack School District and leased to BOCES--and there has been no public discussion by the school board about selling or leasing this property for a parking lot, so why would the hospital already have parking lot plans for the site? Seeing this treasured community recreation space turned into a parking lot would be a huge loss for the children and families of our community, not to mention the drastic impact on quality of life for people in the neighborhood. Help us convince the school board to tell the hospital, "no deal."

Recently there was a recommendation to tear down the fences on the block of the Commonwealth Mall between Charlesgate East and Mass Ave. The point was to save money and save the grass. Signers of this petition take exception to that as we value security over grass. The plethora of car, bike, pedestrian accidents near the park is a burden on our block. The fence has prevented many cars from crashing onto the lawn and injuring or mortally harming those in the park. Without the fence, less community members would be able to safely use the park without the thread of harm. While arguments are made that other blocks don't have the fence, they also don't have the high traffic caused by Storrow Drive, Mass Ave, the Fens and Kenmore Square converging into one intersection. This is the 21st century and hateful racist rhetoric has no place in a civilized society. I believe in the freedom of speech but the purpose of entertainment is to entertain and not to inflame and condone violence with your rhetoric.

It is now virtually impossible for either Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders to officially win the Democratic nomination before the Democratic convention. In order for either candidate to reach the required number of delegates to claim the nomination, they will need superdelegates -- a group of delegates that will not be officially awarded to either candidate until the Democratic National Convention is held at the end of July. That means a contested convention -- and a vigorous debate over the values and priorities of the Democratic Party -- is now assured. But despite that fact, on June 7 mainstream media outlets are planning to declare Hillary Clinton the winner. How? By combining the delegates she wins from that day's primaries with an unofficial tally of superdelegates who have informally committed to Hillary Clinton based on unofficial polls and declarations of support. This is a profoundly misleading and anti-Democratic move by mainstream media outlets, and it could affect the real-time results of the California Democratic primary election taking place on June 7 -- a primary that could have a dramatic effect on the Democratic nomination. If Hillary Clinton is falsely declared the winner at 8pm Eastern time -- as media outlets are planning to do -- voter turnout in California could be significantly depressed, which could dramatically alter the outcome in a race that now appears to be a dead heat. Tell the mainstream media to resist the temptation to feed the news cycle with superficial and misleading horse-race journalism and let democracy take its course. These military demonstration teams draw tens of thousands of visitors to an already overcrowded city during the annual Cherry Festival. The planes emit tons of CO2, violate the city noise ordinance, disturb the young, old and those with PTSD and they cost taxpayers over $100 million per year. Carmen and her husband bought the house for $300,000 and paid a down payment of $60,000. In late 2015, the Garcons successfully applied for a loan modification to ease the monthly cost of owning their home while supporting their young adult children, one who is a college student and the other who is looking for work in a competitive economy. The modification agreement clearly states a monthly sum of $2727.31, which the Garcons have paid faithfully. Carrington, however, continues to claim that the Garcons owe $3,485.00 each month, a crippling cost for any working class family. This attack on the Garcon family is not new to Carrington Mortgage Services. In fact, the company’s CEO and founder, Bruce Rose, has made a fortune from stealing the homes of hard working families all over the country. He has been featured in headlines across the country for his role in profiting from the foreclosure crisis he helped create! And Carmen Garcon and her family are his next target. But together, we can fight Bruce Rose and Carrington Capital.
