We have had enough waste of millions of tax dollars. More importantly, our values have been compromised by threats to a political opponent during an election season.

The Senate has scandalously refused to vote on a Supreme Court appointment because they wanted a Republican president to do so. When some senators thought Hillary Clinton would win, they start talking about refusing to consider her appointments as well. By failing to act, they have failed to fulfill their obligations and this should not prevent the President from fulfilling his obligation to appoint a new justice to fully staff the court. Robert Reich and other thoughtful leaders have called for the resignation of the out-of-touch DNC hierarchy. Bernie Sanders has endorsed Congressman Ellison to replace Interim Chairwoman Donna Brazile.

Hillary has spent her entire career fighting to ensure that every American is given the equality and opportunity promised to them. She would make an excellent Justice and the American people deserve this.

She has shown a clear bias for furthering her own agenda, putting the American public at large in risk of the horrendous ramifications of her actions.

The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC) is an agreement among several U.S. states and the District of Columbia to award all their respective electoral votes to whichever presidential candidate wins the overall popular vote in the 50 states and the District of Columbia. The compact is designed to ensure that the candidate who wins the most popular votes is elected president, and it will come into effect only when it will guarantee that outcome. As of 2016, it has been adopted by ten states and the District of Columbia, whose 165 combined electoral votes represent 61.1% of the 270 votes needed for it to have legal force.

As the Democratic National Committee has been responsible for organizing the campaigns of Democratic politicians seeking public office to advance the interests of the people and members of the Democratic Party, and as the DNC has utterly and completely failed in this responsibility such that Republicans now control; 1) The Presidency, 2) Both Houses of Congress, 3) At least 33 of 50 State Governorships, 4) 69 of 99 State Legislatures, and 5) are now empowered to fill the vacant seat on the Supreme Court after historic obstructionism of a sitting President. Due to these myriad failures it has become clear to the members of the Democratic Party that our leadership is either unable or unwilling to effectively carry out their responsibility in advancing our Party Platform, and has therefore failed in its obligation to Democrats and Progressives nationwide. We are therefore resolved and obliged as Progressives, and as members of the Democratic Party to have those responsible for this pattern of consistent defeat and failure removed from their positions immediately. We are further resolved to see Keith Ellison elected as National Chair of the DNC, as well as any other officials who are both representative of and committed to the strong progressive principles, the elimination of the corrupting influence of money in politics, and strengthening the ideals espoused by the 2016 Democratic Party Platform.

Because we need Hillary Clinton's voice speaking up for the America we love.

It is evident that several members of Congress have been derelict in their sworn duty to uphold the US Constitution and thus limit the power and balance of the Judicial branch of our Government. That action leaves our nation at risk of the SCOTUS being handicapped in properly keeping a balance of judicial equity. In an emergency situation that requires the SCOTUS make life and death decisions those Congressional members are in fact damaging the constitutional function required for our Democracy to operate in the best interest of the people of the United States of America

The lack of representation from our union representation. Collecting dues for? Family childcare is becoming extinct, the injustices and abusive practices of agencies that mandate childcare. Emergency Regulations on Enforcements are being used as quota for getting violations on childcare providers. MAJOR CONCERN why are we not advocating for FAMILY CHILDCARE to be included in executive budget of 2017.
