Because I have been illegally charged with perjured testimony by an LAUSD School Board Member who is also an Asst. L.A. City Attorney, of making obscene, P.C. 653(m), phone calls. I have the highest level proof I did not do this. According to the People v. Johnson Calif. Supreme Court Decision I was to have been dismissed last March 15, 2014. The judge just recently broke every part of the Calif. Supreme Court Decision on my requesting a competent attorney in the Marsden Hearing, People v. Marsden. My friend, Richard Fine, was put into solitary confinement for revealing this in court. This is systemic and must be stopped.

WE REJECT that, after OTB admitted major losses ($30 million), Albany’s answer was the Medford Casino, placed in the midst of an established residential, school and business area, and built on Long Island’s sensitive drinking water aquifer (South Service Road of LIE Exit 64). WE REJECT the huge FINANCIAL AND SOCIAL BURDENS that will befall our suburban and semi-rural communities: dramatically increased traffic, property taxes, theft crimes, fire/ rescue calls, and property depreciation. WE REJECT the proposed Las Vegas-style neon signs and billboards advertising the casino along our suburban highways. WE REJECT the Cuomo-Skelos-Bellone-Mangano political deception because a vote against the casino referendum was still a vote for the video lottery terminals (VLTs). THEREFORE, we call upon you to immediately rescind the authorization for 1,000 video lottery terminals in each county to be operated by Nassau and Suffolk County Off Track Betting (OTB) corporations. We ask the Senators and Assemblymen to co- sponsor and pass Assemblyman Fitzpatrick's Bill A.5187 to repeal Video Lottery Gaming on Long Island.

This petition is in response to Ice Time sports acceptance of Coach Todd Mancuso's resignation. Coach Todd has been instrumental in the development of our children! He has taught them skills they will take with them through their entire life. He is an asset to the Ice Time organization and we feel that accepting his resignation is a huge mistake. Please sign this petition and let the management of Ice Time Sports know you support and value Coach Todd and the active role he plays in the development of your child. We hope that with enough signatures, the management of Ice Time Sports will reconsider their decision to accept his resignation and take the necessary steps to keep Coach Todd an active member of the Ice Time Family!

Military applicants that are on medicine should be allowed in the military.

I am a huge lover of chicken fries and Burger King took them off their menu. They are very delicious and they were my favorite item on the menu. Chicken fries have a right to be on the menu and enjoyed by the public.

Cold War Veterans like myself have been denied recognition, respect, and remembrance for too long. It is past time for our country to say Thank You with a simple Cold War Service Medal. We should no longer be ignored.

A select faction of the Student Senate thinks Desmond's leadership style violates his oath of office. This petition tells the Senate not only that You believe Desmond works for you, as your elected President, but that calling for effectiveness of the Student Senate isn't cause for impeachment. Desmond wrote this in his open opt-ed piece to the Eastern Echo: On January 27th, 2015 I addressed the Student Senate during Presidential Forum. In the forum, I requested that the Student Senate focus more on student body issues. I stated that the Senate needed to stop focusing on internal conflict, and focus on improving the student experience for the student body. Nottoway County BOS has refused to put a resolution in support of Industrial Hemp on its agenda. America is the only industrialized nation on Earth that does not produce Industrial Hemp. This is NOT what our Founding Fathers intended in 1619.
