Witt, Newkirk, and Williams have wasted millions of taxpayer dollars, harassed and insulted teachers, driven away experienced and effective senior staff, impugned students, ignored concerns of parents, broken Sunshine laws meant to ensure transparency and accountability, violated school board bylaws, betrayed the trust of citizens who voted for mill and bond in 2012, and publicly embarrassed our school district and its students by claiming our district is failing in written editorials, on television and on radio. We demand that all three of you resign before you do more damage to our community. We stand united in our support of teachers and students and the excellent quality of public education in Jefferson County.

I am the Co-Founder and President of the Association of American Indian Farmers. I have been contacted by prevailing claimants, denied claimants and potential claimants to provide advocacy and outreach to Native American Farmers because they have been done a great disservice by the US Department of Agriculture and Keepeagle Class Counsel. Too many (thousands) of Native American Farmers have been left behind and left out of the Keepseagle Settlement process. It took an Act of Congress for Black Farmers who were denied an opportunity to participate in the Black Farmers case hence there was a Black Farmers Late Filers (2nd round) claims process which compensated over 17,000 additional Black Farmers . Unlike the Black Farmers case, Keepseagle has $380 million leftover so funds remain available and there should be a Keepseagle II not requiring an Act of Congress or additional funding. Marijuana is only about as dangerous as alcohol; both can be bad (for different reasons) in excess, but both can also be used safely if one does so occasionally. Also, minors can not vote, and voting age adults should be treated as exactly that: Voting age adults. Not only do voting and military service require if anything more maturity than alcohol, casino gambling, and marijuana, but also, so do all contracts one may sign without parental co-signatures, and likewise applying for rifle permits and completing criminal background checks for volunteer organizations and employment.

Residential Permit Parking can not solve Hampden's parking issues. Residential parking forces residents to pay for area parking permits without guaranteeing any actual parking for those permit holders. It simultaneously takes the right to park on publicly owned and maintained streets away from other neighbors, creating discrimination and division within the neighborhood.

Life Line telemarketers are driving me crazy and I am paying AT&T to do it. I tried to talk to them and tell them I am not interested, but usually they hang up and call the next day, and the next day, and the next day. A few times I was cussed at, called a dumb ass, and was told I had shit for brains. AT&T says I should change my number. Why should I? Can't this harassment that I consider elder abuse be stopped?

In 2007 the courts found the potential adoptive couple to be unfit to adopt and in 2014 CPS has found that the house is not fit for the child placement but the AZ Family Court felt that since they have had the child for 8 years they should be allowed to keep her. Guardianship was based on a forged document that the courts said is irrellevant because a consent to adopt was signed in 2006 but again the couple was found unfit to adopt. The courts are not protecting our children nor are they upholding the sanctity of the family unit. In the state of Arizona there is no time limit for the validity of a consent to adopt which allows for unfit potential adoptive parents to still keep the child as a guardian.

The industrial agriculture industry has been pushing for legislation that would make it illegal for employees or investigative journalists to film operations at their facilities, including farms and meat processing plants. Historically, these videos have uncovered serious abuses by these companies. With this legislation, which has passed in several States, future abuses will go unchecked.
