I wanted to start this petition because causing harm to an entity with malice shouldn't be rewarded.

I am starting this petition because e-cigs have directly affected the lives of my family and friends that smoke.

Ever since I was a youngin' I was stuck on NASCAR like an Alabama Blue Tick. At this point I've wasted a good portion of my life and don't have much else besides NASCAR. That being said, when Dale died on that fateful day in 2001 I literally dripped sweat from my eyes and refused to leave my bed for two whole weeks. I ended up being fired from work, becoming an alcoholic, and getting divorced from my muse, my flame, my wife Sheela. It was a tough recovery and adjustment period but through the healing of time and Jesus I was able to get back on my feet again and will myself back into watching NASCAR. If this number 3 car is driven again by another other than a person in Dale's literal bloodline, then all those painful memories will return. I ask the online and NAS CAR communities to help prevent this and prevent Austin Dillon from bringing shame to the God-given greatest number of all, number 3, by signing this petition. God bless. There have been many cases of abuse cover ups, abuse, neglect, restrained and injured, raped, and/or killed while in staff care. These children can not speak for themselves. Also, for the children's and staff safety and protection, if a staff member is falsely accused, they have a video to back their story up. If a child is being abused, it will be caught on cameras, and the abuser can be removed immediately. Cameras can save money on lawsuits because cameras will make the cases shorter. (Open and Shut cases) Cameras can also be a great teaching tool. Staff can go back and look closer on a child's behavior, see what may have caused it, and find ways to work with the child's need better. Parents can watch their children's education and know more about their child with special needs education. Tara Heidinger has gathered stories from all over the USA and more. We oppose the cell tower proposal because 1.) it does not conform to the aesthetic of the community, 2.) it will greatly diminish the value of our property, 3.) we do not believe the applicant did their best to find an alternative site, 4.) the proposed location is within an archeological site of historic significance: a Civil War campsite and the land of Chief Black Fox to whom our schools and community pay tribute by bearing his name, 5.) the tower will interfere with federally protected migratory birds flying off Todds Lake and Hoover Lake South-South East, 6.) the tower is too close to the Amy Heidish Bird Sanctuary, and the Nature Preservation Area on the West border of Fox Creek Subdivision. We ask the government to witness our hands in opposition to the telecommunication company's cell tower proposal.
