• President Obama: There is more information about this chemical harassment, therefore it is time ...
Since there is more information on chemical harassment, it is time to make an action to stop the creation of these chemicals and to stop this behavior of spraying the environment and indoors to disable .The creators of these chemicals have discovered the Pathway from the lungs to all parts of the body. These chemicals are focused on any part to disable. The chemicals get into the Respiratory System then in the Nervous System to cause pain and disability, plus into any Vital Organ to disable and cause death to its victims. I am affected by these chemicals and so are my friends and acquaintances plus others. This behavior has caused some of my friends to die because of their faulty Vital Organs which was attacked by these chemicals. This chemical harassment affects animals, my cats died and so was a harasser's cat. This chemical harassment must be stopped and the chemicals must be assessed and tested for the sake of Humanity. This is happening in a few States in America so it is vital that this behavior is stopped so that others will be aware of it and follow suit.

  • Delta Employee Profit Sharing Reinstatement Petition
On March 20, 2007, Delta announced a new comprehensive compensation package for employees that would take effect shortly after our emergence from bankruptcy in May 2007. One component of the new package was a profit sharing program. The announcement read: “Delta’s profit-sharing plan will pay out at least 15% of Delta’s annual pre-tax profit.” As of January 01, 2013, Delta reduced our profit sharing pool to 10% of annual pre-tax profit, and is no longer honoring the commitment made to Delta employees for the vigilant efforts and repeated sacrifices we made starting in 2002 and ending with our emergence from bankruptcy in 2007. It has been repeatedly stated by Delta executive leadership that the reason for the one-third profit sharing pool reduction was “it was what you said you wanted in the 2012 Delta Employee Survey.” While the full survey results are not available for employees to view (as is a common business practice), a summary was released, which includes no mention of any desire by employees to have our profit sharing pool reduced. In fact, there is no mention of the employee profit sharing program anywhere in the summary. One of the five core values of Richard's "Rules of the Road" is "Always keep your deals - Integrity." Delta as an organization is not following its own "Rules of the Road" set forth by our CEO in 2007 and updated as recently as February 2013. We employees have made countless sacrifices and worked vigilantly for years to return Delta to profitability. We’re not asking for anything extra or new. We’re only asking that Delta keep its deal with its employees and reinstate the profit sharing pool to 15% of Delta’s annual pre-tax profit. For this petition to be successful, we will need broad support across all Delta employee workgroups, and we are counting on you to share this petition with as many colleagues as possible via email, text and facebook for maximum visibility. Flight attendants, pilots, reservations & gate agents, ramp, maintenance & administrative personnel are all affected by this decision to reduce the profit sharing pool. This petition is a vehicle for you to personally tell Delta executive leadership what you want, as opposed to having them tell you what you want. Thank you for your support.

  • Pick-up line
The new pick up lines at the primary school are too long and under staffed. They are causing those of us that have children in other schools to be very late picking them up. The teachers are not with their own classes when school lets out, so no one knows the student or the parent. We parents don't like the new lines at all. Our hard working teachers are forced to stay late at the all the schools due to this one line. If the new pick up line is going to work we need more teachers or aides outside with children. Two people cannot safely supervise the amount of children they have. That's just one more reason everything is slow, two people taking names and handing children they don't even know over to their parents is not the fastest or safest way. We want the pick up line to go back to the way it was last year. It's just not working.

  • Driven TV : Ban This Ridiculous, Cruel Show
Ban this T.V show who shows the murder of innocent animals for the sake of a sport. This "T.V show" focuses on killing innocent animals (bears, lions, deer) in order to satisfy their pride. This is cruel and they are not aware of how majority of the animals they are killing (with no purpose) are on the endangered list. No one has the right to kill or harm animals with no purpose. These are cruel, bored, and uneducated people. Let's save these animals, without them, we would not be where we are today. Then humans hurt animals for trying to harm humans.

  • Domestic Drone Prohibition
The public should be concerned about this issue as there are currently no laws that govern the use of domestic drones by either civilians or public agencies. The California legislature is considering two drone bills, both of which allow drones and put enforcement into the hands of the public, a nearly impossible and unrealistic prospect. Along with privacy concerns, domestic drones present safety hazards (they can fly into each other and fall on someone's head), they promote criminality (theft, burglary and predator use), and they also present a wide range of abuse by law enforcement, particularly if they are operated for unauthorized general surveillance. Our State Assembly must enact legislation which is designed to serve the interests of the citizens not the interests of Homeland Security or law enforcement. Domestic drone use must must be closely monitored for law enforcement purposes and regulated to preserve and protect citizens' Constitutional rights otherwise a society with "Big Brother" watching could become a reality.

  • Tell Ted Cruz to stop lying about Obamacare.
When Texas Sen. Ted Cruz said that 7 million people will lose their insurance under Obamacare, he was lying. Politifact called him out. When Ted Cruz said President Obama "granted all of Congress an exception" to Obamacare, he was lying. Politifact called him out. Now Sen. Cruz has taken this show on the road. He spent the past month dining off his dishonest talking points with party faithfuls in New Hampshire and Iowa when he should have been attending to the needs of his constituents. Taken as a whole, it seems more about Ted than Obamacare. Or Texas. Because if he cared about Texas, he'd be doing something about the 4,4400 children who won't go to preschool because of the budget cuts forced by sequestration. Or asking why Texas is among the states with the most low paid workers in the country. If he weren’t lying about Obamacare, he might deal with the sad fact that his state has the highest proportion of uninsured the country.

  • Steer clear of Georgia School buses, with little or no insurance
A Gwinnett County school bus driver backed on top of my vehicle and I sustained cervical spinal injuries, and neurological damage. I underwent the Anterior Cervical Discectomy Fusion (ACDF) on April 16, 2013. Shortly, after the surgery, it was discovered that the Georgia Legislature updated Statues O.C.G.A. 36-92-1 and O.C.G.A. 36-92-2 in 2005, but EXEMPTED School Districts from complying with O.C.G.A. 36-92-1 and O.C.G.A. 36-92-2. Meaning that Georgia School Districts are not required to carry insurance coverage on their school buses. These statues need to be revised because the public's safety is in immense danger. Here's what you need to do to get involved: 1. Join other Georgians by signing this petition. 2. Make sure you opt in to receive updates from me and this campaign.

  • Banfield Animal Hospital needs to be held accountable for pet deaths and bill padding.
On the evening of August 29, at approximately 6:15 pm, I brought my 12 week old miniature schnauzer, Kobe to Banfield Pet Hospital at 3780 Riverchase Village, Hoover, AL 35244 because we noticed labored breathing of Kobe. At home, around 4 pm, Kobe appeared to be in distress and exhibited labored breathing. We rushed him to the facility per the request one of the staff members who answered the phone. Upon arrival, we advised the staff of Kobe’s condition, they immediately took him in for examination, but before they would render any service, they wanted to know how we would be paying; it appeared that their main concern was the method of payment we were using versus Kobe’s well-being. We were told that Kobe’s condition appeared to be from trauma, which we knew was inaccurate, as Kobe had not experienced any type of trauma. Kobe was a "house dog" who we took extra special care of. On the day prior, August 28, Kobe came into Banfield for his scheduled immunization and well-puppy check-up. During the emergency visit on August 29th, the vet constantly asked, did anything happen after the shots? She asked numerous of times throughout the visit about the shots, this raised red flags for me eventually. I had to wonder was she asking because they were aware that something happened during his immunizations. When the hour approached 7 p.m., we were advised that the facility was closing, therefore, their work was done and we needed to take Kobe to a local emergency animal hospital 10 miles down the street. Kobe was barely breathing when we were sent away. He was gasping for air. While we were rushing out of the facility, with the hopes that Kobe’s life could be saved, we were approached and informed by the billing account manager that she forgot to charge us for blood work, after we had already paid over $600...I had my puppy in my arms dying, while being harassed for more money. How insensitive! My only concern was getting Kobe to the emergency hospital. She advised me that she would send my account to collection on the same day for the additional $126 if I didn’t pay immediately….they were full aware that Kobe was in grave condition, but the only concern for Banfield’s staff was the money. I told her to do what she needed to do because I was rushing Kobe to the hospital in hopes of saving his life. The vet and facility manager alerted the Animal Hospital that we were on the way there. The facility manager of Banfield then asked me how I planned on paying for the services at the animal hospital because it would run in the tune of a couple of thousands of dollars. She then offered me a credit care application, because of her assumptions that we could not pay for the services, she then alerted the animal hospital that we would applying for credit (again based on her assumptions). We finally arrived at the animal hospital were Kobe was immediately placed on oxygen and administered meds. We were approached as to how we would be paying for his care because it appears that Banfield relayed that we would need credit to pay for continued care. It was speculated that Kobe was more than likely over-immunized or had some type birth defect. If it were the latter, it should have been detected by Banfield during his prior visits; especially since he was seen less than 24 hours prior was his check-up. Kobe’s condition worsened in minutes…he was in so much distress that the vet suggested that we should opt to euthanize Kobe. We experienced the worse nightmare and watched Kobe take his last breath. We were told that he suffered from epistaxis, pulmonary edema, labored breathing and respiratory distress. It is puzzling to me how a very healthy 12 week old puppy, who was examined and immunized less than 24 hours prior is now deceased. I am completely stunned and outraged as to the way my family and I were treated in a crisis. Kobe did not deserve to die. Neither the staff nor the vets at Banfield showed any compassion; their one and only concern was money. I contacted the store on the following day and spoke to a staff member to settle the final bill of $126 and was advised that the billing account manager had already sent my account to collections in less than 10 hours. This was unbelievable! I did, however fulfill my final financial obligation with Banfield. I asked to speak to the store manager and was advised that she was off for the next couple of days. I finally was able to reach the store manager two days later to advise her as to what happened. Although she was very apologetic, this didn’t rectify why Kobe died literally in the hands of Banfield’s neglectful staff and why I was so grossly mistreated. I understand that everyone may not be “pet lovers”, but if you are in the business of caring for pets, you should be. Kobe was “my child,” I am suffering a tremendous loss. My 11 year old daughter and I had to watch Kobe die and no one cared. There are several things that need to happen with this practice: Immunizations needs to be looked into further; especially when dealing with an infant puppy, an investigation should be rendered as to how many puppies have died or experienced anaphylaxis or other problems because of immunization and staff needs to be more compassionate, along with many other complaints. Looking back on the day of the vaccinations, I noticed Kobe being very lethargic, whimpering and a presence of diarrhea; however, I attributed this to a normal reaction from immunizations and was also advised the day prior by the vet that he would more than likely be very sleepy. There have been numerous of complaints and lawsuits lodged against Banfield for its neglect, incompetencies and unethical behavior. Over the past several years, a number of veterinarians have complained that Banfield is extremely low quality and profit driven. Numerous of complaints were lodged against Banfield including the promotion of over-vaccination of pets. In 2010, a former V...
