Since, the rise of unemployment, there has been an escalation of hierarchy crimes in the communities affecting children and families. Why should people be concern about this detrimental issue? Because, there is a bodacious criminal behavior that has risen in the communities; only an increase in law enforcement experts could address this new criminal behavior. In various communities there is a lack of law enforcement power/there has been an increase of intruders/criminals invading the communities. Not having enough law enforcement in the communities could compromise the quality of life and safety for the entire community. Signing this petition would help petition for increase law enforcement in the communities. Increase funding in the budget for law enforcement in the communities is needed. Increasing law enforcement in the communities could chisle away hierarchy crimes. The communities need more law enforcement in the communities/additional municiple workers policing the neighborhoods. The communities need increase law enforcement to help families at risk; particularly children, the disabled population,/the elderly population. "The Senate has the power to implement a budget that would support funding that would increase law enforcement in the communities. We are calling the entire Delaware Senate to take a stand in the upcoming budget. We are calling the entire Delaware Senate to approve funds in the budget that could help increase law enforcement in the communities. Having an increase in budget funding for more law enforcement is needed. An increase in law enforcement in the communites could help decrease the escalation of hierarchy crimes in the communities."

I do not like the games that are being played with redistricting. Draw straight lines and play fair. Stacking the deck is shameful. I want you to support fair play. Let the people decide who they really want to represent them. Don't support a system that excludes based on redistricting.

The Gov. and Republicans Are trying to Eliminate Tax Credits on the Poor, The Middle Class and Small Businesses, While Protecting Big Oil And Big Corporation.

Voice opposition to the current B-1 zoning at the county line site. Change the zoning at the county line site from B-1 General Business to NB- Neighborhood Business, which would encourage business that is better scaled to meet the needs of the surrounding community.

In the United States, it is currently law that commercially manufactured mattresses contain chemical fire retardants. Standard chemicals include (but are not limited to): 1) Antimony, a known toxin most similar to lead and arsenic, 2) Boric Acid, a roach killer and known poison to humans, and 3) DBDPO, a flame retardant with unknown effects in humans, but evidence to suggest possible liver, thyroid, reproductive/developmental, and neurological effects. In one study, it was determined that each night spent sleeping on these mattresses, we absorb on average .802mg of Antimony, .081 Boric Acid, .073 DBDPO. These amounts have been shown in infants (using crib mattresses) to adults. *THESE LEVELS OFTEN EXCEED EPA SAFETY STANDARDS* Moreover, according to our laws, in order to purchase a mattress without these toxic chemicals you must obtain a prescription from your doctor. This law hurts consumers and small businesses, making these chemical free mattresses pricey, hard to obtain, unsafe, and environmentally damaging. Please consider signing this petition and send a message to our lawmakers for the right to individually choose a mattress with or without chemicals.

Americans need the Banks to loan money so the housing market can turn the corner. Americans need to be able to refinance their homes,sell their homes and be able to save their homes from foreclosure.

Ordinary people should be able to read and comprehend all legal and governmental documents. These documents have, over the years, evolved into an abstruse foreign language which generates reams of paperwork and requires the services of an expensive translator ( a lawyer, for example). I would like to see some plain English.

Gas is projected to hit $5.00 a gallon by Memorial Day.....What is the reason for this spike......Speculation driving up the market.

This is a blatant example of the wastful spending of taxpayers funds at a local level.

Tell the US government to lead the way in affirming the truth of history. Beginning in 1915, the Young Turk leaders of the Ottoman Empire ensured the deaths of around 1 million Armenians. Government authorized forces drove Armenians from their homes and forced them on death marches which caused the majority of the Armenian population to die. Historians and scholars all over the world recognize these events as genocide against the Armenian people, but the Turkish government denies it to this day, denying the Armenian survivors recognition of their grief. Tell Congress and President Obama to lead the way and not let Turkey white-wash history for its own benefit.
