Soap actor Nick Santino took his own life after he succumbed to pressure from the management of his condo to euthanize his beloved and healthy pit bull mix, Rocco. Neighbors allege that Nick was harassed and ultimately "forced" by Ogden CAP Properties to kill Rocco for the sole reason that Rocco was part pit bull. Pit bulls are known as the clowns of the dog world and are not by nature aggressive. The greater tragedy is that Ogden CAP Properties still enforces breed-specific bans and restrictions at Nick Santino's and multiple other properties.Tell Ogden CAP Properties to base its policies on observed, verified behavior, not breed!

However, Peta Lindsay is still excluded For 36 years, the California Secretary of State has listed the majority of candidates on the ballots for minor party primaries. My petition is to raise public awareness to the fact that even the poorest pay at least 28% of their income in taxes, why is it that the rich and the corporations who are raking in the money get by without paying taxes. Poor people, if they get a substantial raise in their income, they get an equal raise in their tax bracket. I

Do you think that an individual or group should sue the Obama Admin. to release documents related to the Bush Admin. torture/ interogation program and then release them to an international agency for prosecution.

Texas implemented this program in the latter part of 2007. Application must be made through the TxDOT website, criteria must be met & if the application is approved, the applicant pays $300 for the sign to be made & installed as close to the crash scene without being a hazard to motorists. The law currently states that these signs remain for a maximum time of 2 years. These signs help raise awareness to the epidemic of drinking & driving & have the power to potentially save lives.

I know many people that bought Real Estate (including one family member) with the advise of a Real Estate Office and were advised by this office Lawyer to make the purchase under a corporation name. I do not know the reason for this ill advise but now those homeowners can not refinance under more favorable terms because the banks consider those properties as commercial real estate. I believe the government should differenciate between a large corporation and a single individual that incorporated to buy the property.
