SENIORS AND VETERANS WILL BE HURT BY OBAMA'S BUDGET. SENIORS AND VETERANS HAVE ALREADY SACRAFICED DUE TO THE ECONOMY AND THE BENEFITS THEY EARNED SHOULD BE PRESERVED. SOCIAL SECURITY DID NOT CONTRIBUTE ONE PENNY TO THE DEFICIT.

I've worked all my life and will need the social security I've paid for next year.

Trying to get government not to change or cut social security

we paid into social security all our lives , PLEASE don't ROB us now when we need it the most to be able to survive in our GOLDEN YEARS?

In the Shanandoah and Rockingham County of Va. we have assistant living facilities that don't meet Va. building code and these private places have approx. 25 individuals living in sub-standard conditions that is barbaric, dangerous, and unhealthy for low income seniors that are receiving auxiliary grant from the state. I have petition Governor McDonnell, Senator Mark Warner, and numerous seniors agencies and getting no where with all of them. It seem they are more concern about ridiculous projects than taking care of the most vulnerable people of this country. I need help from lawyers, politicians who will give me some support in making sure these unfit facilities meet Va. building code standards or build new facilities for these people. The people of Va. should be ashamed to have such facilities operating in their state. I come from the poorest state in the US which is Maine and I wish some Virginians would visit the beautiful assistant living place the poor seniors of Maine live in. They are palaces as compare to what they have in Va. The places I visited in Va. you need to be a millionaire in order to live in them. They require a monthly income of $2500.00 per month and up. Who has this kind of income today unless you are wealthy? Also is your organization effective?

Even Paul Ryan has said this will have a very small impact on deficit reduction; however, the impact will be far greater on individual retirees who are dependent on social security. You employees of the common folk have raided, raped, used, and generally robbed a sacrad cow to fund your special projects etc. You are unable to manage my money, yes my money so stop this insanity and safe SOCIAL SECURITY before it is to late.
