Governor Deal, please Opt in on Obamacare. My wife is a 6 year breast cancer survivor. Our experience could only be imagined as a family that went through breast cancer treatment. There are other families going through tough health challenges and they are not rich to have healthcare coverage hence the need for Obamacare.2 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Daniel Ikpechukwu

No benefits cuts to Medicare, medicaid, or social security. As a retired senior and social security recipient, I do not support any benefit cuts or increase the age requirement to these programs. The deficit reduction savings can be achieved by negotiating with drugs companies to reduce cost and until all corporations tax loopholes and off shore tax havens are eliminated! Seniors, the middle class and the poor did not cause the debt problem. We the people had to bail out wall street and the banks. Now these same anti government republicans are trying to eliminate what we the people have paid for. If the " job creaters" were so much better than we the people, why did our we the people have to save them?15 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Priscilla davis

Rep. Vargas: sign the Grayson-Takano Letter!Vote against cuts to Social Security Benefits, MedCare, Medi-Cal/Medicaid!!! We cannot endure any more setbacks considering our cost of living in CA. Why must the poor, elderly and disabled ALWAYS be an easy target for budget cuts. If you were to trade income and benefits with those of us, YOU wouldn't last 12 days!!!!1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Diedrea Lewis

Rep. Davis stand up against Republican efforts to cut the social safety net.My father is 80 and he always is struggling with high medicine cost. He believed that all the work he did in life would afford him a safety net. I am appalled for all the disrespect the elderly is receiving. Rep Davis you have stood for great issues impacting people in our community. This cause has one of the greatest reasons to be supported-helping our fathers and mothers after they retire.1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by tony smith

Representative McDermott: Sign The Grayson-Takano LetterOur progressive leaders must stand together and deny the latest Republican attempts to cut our social safety net. There is plenty of revenue hiding in the offshore accounts of huge corporations and no excuse for taking from the most vulnerable.14 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Sarah Bright

Rep Huffman: Sign the Grayson-Takano LetterMore than a dozen members of Congress have already signed a letter to President Obama promising to vote against any cut to Medicare, Medicaid, or Social Security benefits. It's important that Rep Jared Huffman show support for these programs by signing this letter. Here is an excerpt from that letter: "Voters across the political spectrum oppose cuts to Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security benefits, and we must do whatever it takes to protect these vital benefits from cuts. That's why we write to let you know that we will vote against any and every cut to Medicare, Medicaid, or Social Security benefits -- including raising the retirement age or cutting the cost of living adjustments that our constituents earned and need." Costs can be cut by implementing such policies as allowing Medicare to negotiate drug prices just like the Veterans Administration does, but benefits should not be cut. The Grayson-Takano letter is the only one that vows to vote against any bill that cuts Social Security, Medicare, or Medicaid benefits, and we urge Rep. Huffman to sign this letter.52 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Suzanne Cook

DisabilityI've been disabled since September 20,1997 after being assaulted in New York,so this does affect me after how I live disabled.Cuts to Medicare, Medicaid, or Social Security benefits will honestly bring problems to those that live the same life I do since it covers our health. Most of us that became disabled didn't make this choice to live this life, but we deal with it day by day and also some of us are single parents and also married and it's hard.11 of 100 SignaturesCreated by joel gutierrez
