Republicans have spent $4.5 million of taxpayer money on the House Select Committee on Benghazi—a committee that the Republican House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, Republican Rep. Richard Hanna, and a Republican committee staff member have said was convened to make Hillary Clinton look bad in an attempt to hobble her presidential campaign. Taxpayers shouldn't be on the hook for Republican smear campaigns. HOA homeowners are being abused, many fraudulently and criminally dragged into colluded and corrupt courtrooms to be stripped of their finances and property with no due process, no protections of the existing laws and no respect for their rights by those within the legal systems or the courts. It appears, in locales like Monroe County, Pennsylvania and other areas of America, that many of these many times greed-driven targeted abuses, crimes, frauds upon the courts and property thefts are gender based, family status based, age based, or targeting those with disabilities, or who have a family member with a disability, and some appear to be discrimination based and/or hate crimes too! I am starting this petition because I am personally affected and I know I'm not the only one. These people cannot get a job, let alone decent job to provide for their family. My husband was convicted of a crime 8 years ago, released from jail and thrown into society. They can't get a job because to society they're frowned upon, need a license but can't get it due to an unreasonable, impossible amount of court fines to pay, and only good for welfare STILL having to work for free to even get food stamps. While taxpayers are paying for it, these men could pave a way for themselves.These men are humans like anyone else, they deserve a second chance as you and I would hope to receive. Felons and ex convicts are not being given proper help. Not only are these men suffering, but innocent children who did not ask to be here are as well. This subject has affected me and my family as well as many other families that don't have the opportunity to spend quality time with our loved ones incarcerated. Intense wildfires are costing the state budget hundreds of millions of dollars a year and causing billions in damages. Sea level rise is already harming California's coastal communities. And the risks of continued global warming pollution to the state are many times greater. The California Attorney General's Office should use all of the tools at its disposal to prosecute Exxon’s deliberate deception -- such as state RICO laws, California’s Unfair Business Practices statute (Bus. & Prof. Code sec. 17200 et seq.), consumer fraud statutes, or any other laws that are intended to protect California citizens from deliberate corporate misconduct. The attorneys general of 46 states successfully sued tobacco companies to pay for decades of deadly deceit -- now it’s time for Exxon and the fossil-fuel industry to pay for their climate crimes.

He was later diagnosed with Dementia or early onset Alzhiemers which was not known during his Board of Inquiry. I don't think he should be released without benefits; instead he should be Retired with full benefits.

I live here in The City of St.Louis Missouri at Council Tower Senor Apartment, at 310 South Grand. We have roaches, mold and bedbugs throughout our building. I was invited on Vickie Darlene Newton's radio program in order to bring attention to the tens of thousand's of senior's who live in these inhumane conditions. We want the ownership to bring a civil action against these contractors in order to get the monies back otherwise, The American Taxpayer will pay! Sad!
