The Building (21) is silently suffering from lack of leadership. Our current Building Captain is ignored and dismissed by the Board members and peers in Section 3 management. WE HAVE TO REPLACE HIM IN ORDER TO MOVE ON WITH OUR REQUESTS AND BUILDING NEEDS IN THE FUTURE!

I am starting this petition because I went to the hemp for hope workshop last year and learned you can make great grown and made on maui products such as hempcrete, insulation, canvas, clothing, hemp oil, hemp seed, biofuels, and paper just to name a few great uses. On July 4, 1776 the declaration of independence was written on hemp paper. I feel it is time to allow entrepreneurs and businesses in our community to partake and invest in the over half a billion dollar industry that continues to grow throughout the nation. Legalizing the cultivation of industrial hemp and expanding the industry to others that want to adopt safer agricultural practices, protect our environment, and make Hawai‘i a better place for future generations is common sense, a great idea, and the right thing to do.

We need a No Tolerance law for Ohio, like Kentucky has, to charge dealers for murder, not manslaughter. Put the addicts in rehab, not jail.

I am starting this Petition because I have been personally affected by the Issue. I am also starting this Petition because there are some recent Indications that the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has started seeing the Fallacy of this Practice. People should be concerned about this Issue because, if they are involved in Litigation, there may be an Interim Ruling by the Court against them and then they would not be able to challenge the Interim Ruling even if they believe it is wrong, even if it is wrong, until the entire Proceeding has been completed. This has the Effect of weakening a Party which may lose intermediate Steps in a Legal Proceeding although, Overall, the Party may have a valid overall Position.

Corporations are not individuals; otherwise, they would be subject to the same laws as the rest of us. Setting up offshore accounts to avoid paying income tax is outright stealing from the government. Money is not speech and should never be equated to free speech. Yet, the Supreme Court has stated otherwise.

The residents of the Virgin Valley have had their access to Federal Lands restricted by the lawless actions of Bundy and have watched the Gold Butte area continually be degraded by the unlawful trespassing of Cliven Bundy for many years. It is past time for the BLM to do the job it is charged with and do WHATEVER IS NECESSARY to remove the trespass cattle and punish the unlawful actions of Bundy and his followers. Do your job. Backing down to criminals will never change their unlawful behavior and only serves to encourage others to follow his unlawful actions. I am opposed to the rezoning request for the Overbrook Town Center as filed by TD Rehoboth LLC (Tax Map #235-23.00-1.00) C/Z#1770. I feel that it 1. Will have a major impact on our quality of life due to safety, traffic, noise, and pollution. 2. Will have an impact on the Greater Marsh due to impervious surfaces with its 850,000 sq. ft. retail space and over 5,100 parking spaces. 3. Will result in MAJOR congestion along the Route 1 corridor both North and Southbound. 1,500 more cars per hour past Cave Neck Road per DelDOT TIS 2014. 4. Will create difficulty for rapid response by fire, ambulance, and police responders 5. Will most likely cause tax increases due to road costs, building overpasses, and increased police involvement. 6. Will restrict access for housing developments along Cave Neck Road as one would have to go THROUGH the Town Center in order to go North on Route 1 or return home when coming from the South.

As a non-consenting U.S. Person subjected to experimentation, including extreme sleep deprivation, which is torture, I am seeking relief and an end to all human experimentation unless the subject agrees to it. I am seeking this for myself and all who have been unjustly targeted. No torture, no brain hacking, no body manipulation....end it all.

This man is unaware or unwilling to admit that our plant is in jeopardy due to climate change. He acts against our interests in living in a state where every tree, animal and human will suffer from climate change. His votes are all ones which lead us closer to death and destruction.

There is concern for making college affordable, there are people I know that would like to go to college but money is an issue. My sister is in college and she works two jobs just to stay in school. My parents help us but they can only do so much. Why do some go to college free and many others struggle just to afford it? Make college affordable now!
