KIRBY DELAUTER's recent threats to take legal action against a newspaper reporter for merely printing his name (KIRBY DELAUTER) in the paper, undermines the notion of freedom of the press. His actions are an embarrassment to the good people and good name of Frederick County, MD. The incident by KIRBY DELAUTER has caused embarrassment to all the citizens of Frederick County, MD. We ask for the immediate resignation of KIRBY DELAUTER as a Frederick County Councilman.

I can't refinance my house. I can't buy a brand new car. I can't get low interest rates on anything, all because I have many school loans that I signed and co-signed for myself, my niece and my two children. I am unable to consolidate because so many loan collectors are involved with the process. Not any of them knows exactly how to help with the consolidation of those loans. I don't know where to go and who to ask for assistance. My finances are ruined!

There is a very easy solution to fix S.S. permanently by simply raising the cap. Everyone should pay on 100% of their salaries. Furthermore, Social Security does not add one cent to the deficit! Medicare must remain as it is, because without it, older Americans will not be able to afford the Medicare premium with or without a voucher. There are no "for profit" insurance companies willing to insure older, sick Americans. These essential programs are necessary to insure America's older citizens do not have to live in poverty!

As a result, female students are getting married because they not going to school. Also teachers have lost their jobs so it is difficult for them to support their family. This is why we want you to help them by sending education leaders to countries that have shut down their schools due to the Ebola outbreak .

Seymour's post office has failed since 1990 to provide reasonable access and accommodation to elderly and disabled unable to climb steps at its public entrance. It defiantly refuses to provide an access route to the ramp in the rear. It now requires us to telephone for appointments to obtain services outdoors on the sidewalk at the public entrance. The location of "sidewalk service" is unreasonable because it is a longer trek.
