This Petition was started, because we the unemployed need to ensure that Mrs. Boehner and the Public are aware that the actions of one do not reflect the beliefs of us all, and that we do not support Violence in any way. We are scared and we feel abandoned by our Government. We actively stand up for Our Liberties as “We the People” to have our inalienable Rights of “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness”. In order for us to have these Rights, we must be able to obtain reliable and gainful employment. Unfortunately there are over 10 million people in this Country unemployed and less then 4 million jobs, which means that too many people are struggling on a daily basis just to feed themselves and care for their families, let alone have a roof over their heads. This situation creates a fear within people that is beyond devastating, and sadly, not all can endure this rationally. We will continue to do our best to seek each other out to offer support, resources and encouragement to remain strong and hopeful that this will all end, and someday every person in this Country will have a chance at reliable and gainful employment. On march 26,2014 four black male children ages 11-14 were playing in a fort in trees separating two subdivisions. They were taking limbs off the trees and a neighbor called the police. After filing a formal written report with the internal affairs office in Henry county Ga. This officer only received two days suspension and training. This is not acceptable. There are currently few protections in place to keep our loved ones safe when living in residential care facilities. The existing law does not have a procedure in place for investigating allegations of mistreatment or neglect of the elderly who reside in these homes. This has resulted in injury and death because there was no one charged with the responsibility of making sure that those who could not care for themselves were getting the care they needed and deserved.

In California $1 billion has been cut from early learning and care over the last five years, causing wait lists to balloon to nearly 200,000 children. In his budget proposal, Governor Brown did not allocate a single extra dollar for early learning. We need to let Gov. Brown know that this has to change.
