I grew up in Long Beach and I know how the residents have suffered from Sandy. They have to be transported to another hospital via one old draw bridge that very often gets stuck or goes up due to boating. People die unnecessarily and we recently lost one of our own last week. A young husband and father of four. Politics and the fact that the hospital site overlooks our bay has made it prime real estate. It will be going to auction so I beg you, please help us.

Texas Attorney Greg Abbott is going out of his way to defend a hospital who allowed a "sociopath" to treat patients. He is personally requesting permission to represent the hospital himself. The National Medical Association for Medical Malpractice Victims, Inc., is speaking out for those who cannot help themselves, or who have been victimized and disempowered.

This petition is to urge our local lawmakers to support twelve important bills required to regulate 'fracking' operations in Illinois. I am always worried that the food and products I am buying may contain animal, poultry, seafood or insect product, additives and derivatives. I am sure other consumers feel the same way as most of us at one time or another have unknowingly eaten such foods. This violates our health and ethical choices. Labels and a logo to state "SUITABLE FOR VEGANS" on all restaurant menu cards and food packages would help us select the right products that support our chosen life style of ethical veganism and encourage others to consider their choices too.
