Restore our stolen Voting RightsIt's obvious that changes to the VRA were designed to make voting harder for targeted populations in this country. We can't let our election outcomes be determined by any political bias or discrimination.717 of 800 SignaturesCreated by Myra Weaver

Tell Susanne Atanus that Children With Autism Are Not A Punishment From GodI am the mother of two children with autism and have been involved in the autism community for nearly 2 decades. There is a great deal of dangerous historical precedent for categorizing medical conditions as God's punishment. It leads to people with those conditions being treated as lesser human beings, something that is unacceptable in a democratic society.78 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Audrey Rasmusson

Voting Rights Act RestoredVoting Rights Act (1965) erased discrimination against disenfranchised Americans, poor and minority citizens, elderly and others. The latest legal road block to equality returns us to a time when citizens were prevented from casting their votes. We should not allow these limits, and push to revive the Voting Rights Act.9 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Robin Levin

OPPOSITION TO PROPOSED REZONING OF THE OLD SCHOOL PROPERTYMy home is adjacent to the property in question. I am raising a family in this neighborhood. I am concerned there will be more traffic on our one way road, nighttime security lighting, extra noise, strangers in the neighborhood and lower property resale values. I also worry that the beautiful, historic old school property will not be preserved. Business does not belong in the heart of a family neighborhood or in the West Main Historic District.286 of 300 SignaturesCreated by Micha Copeland-Moss

School District of Philadelphia Counselors Needed Now!" The massive elimination of school counselors in the Philadelphia School District has left children in desperation without receiving lawful, critically needed services. All counselors need to be restored NOW, so that educational and emotional needs are addressed immediately . The bleeding must stop, before these children end up on life support. SOS! SOS! SAVE OUR STUDENTS ! A mind is a terrible thing to waste." " The lack of critically needed services has already led to the DEATH of a student, do we dare risk MORE lives? More Protected Green Ways in Berks Co. PACitizens should have a direct say in how much of their twp. or county they want developed. Politicians are easily swayed by contractors/developers to destroy what remains of our natural environment. This, in the end, with pollution, water run-off, loss of resources, loss of habitat, will come back to effect humans and all life negatively. Greed cannot have the day. I've asked other citizens for 40 years if they thought Berks County should become this developed, and they answered, no, but didn't know what to do about it. It's actually a crime against life.110 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Judith Gabriel

Save UH Manoa Students by Upgrading TechnologyI am a student at UH Manoa and there is no adequate appropriation for student technology on campus. We constantly battle with the other students to use a computer or to print a paper (which we pay for separately). Our basic needs should be able to be met with the funds that we provide. The budget needs to be re-examined to allow for: computers that don't shut down in the middle of operation, hardware that can read my flash drive, wiring that can sustain a connection to the printer, etc.130 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Natasha Ariyoshi
