Empanelment of a Special Grand Jury to conduct an investigation. This case presents legal issues of extraordinary national significance and contains questions of first impression for which the input of “WE” the People is necessary. This case challenges the legal significance of the Fiduciary duty of the Judiciary System of the State of New Jersey towards its fellow residents and American citizens. Let's not forget that among these citizens are many American soldiers who have served, suffered, bled and died to defend the Freedom, Liberty, Justice and the Pursuit of Happiness for all the American People who believe and trust in the rules of law of Our Land and in the integrity of our Legal Justice. The Constitution of the United States of America is the “Supreme Law of the Land", as per Article VI, clause 2. Thereon, today, I invite all, "WE" the People, to Sign this Petition on such matter in order to bring my Complaint of “Crime” to the attention of the Federal and State authorities, so that it can provide an Empanelment of Special Grand Juries for organized crime under Title (18 U.S.C. § 3331) and (18 U.S.C. § 3332). My family and I are victims of Local Government "Corruption," a Domestic enemy of "WE the People". Herein, for your information, are my two recent videos that shows some of the “criminal” actions inflicted on Petitioner’s family that must be investigated by Special Grand Juries. For a better understanding of this petition, you must watch both videos Please go to link: youtube Tyranny exposed in Somerset County, NJ. (Gage vs. Warren Twp.) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZ2Eaw_28yo&feature=youtu.be And Judiciary Corruption exposed in Trenton, New Jersey https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MsCvf6i9pm8 Whose duty is it to help and protect the “Rights” of a US Citizen if not a Government? "Crime is contagious. If the government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself, it invites anarchy." It is the duty of “WE” the People to be watchful of the actions of our elected Government Officers, so that they will not become lawbreakers, but they will abide by their duty to protect the Constitutional Rights of the Citizens and void any stealthy encroachments that violate these Rights. In this case, “WE” the People must protect the dignity and integrity of our judicial court system of the United States, as well as that of New Jersey. The judicial court system of the United States must serve the unprotected and the powerless, like myself, a Pro-se in this case, in the achievement of justice and in the preservation of human rights. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Respectfully, Thomas Gage21 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Thomas Gage

It's time for a $10 minimum wage!President Obama endorses a minimum wage increase to $10 an hour. His announcement came just days after New Jersey voters passed a minimum wage increase at the ballot box and the city of SeaTac, WA approved a $15 an hour minimum wage for area airport and hotel workers. Now, a vote on a $10.10 minimum wage is anticipated in the U.S. Senate in the first week of December. The message is loud and clear: Congress, vote to increase the federal minimum wage to at least $10 an hour.33,136 of 35,000 SignaturesCreated by Joe Dinkin

Initiative to have Psychiatric Telemedicine Units Implememented in Rural Communities in Louisiana...In Louisiana there are many rural residents who are being offered zero mental healthcare because of things like lack of facilities. Our governor has made budget cuts across the board on mental health provisions the state offered and now there is very little to none for rural residents. People need access to mental healthcare and their medication. With Psychicatric Telemedicine a new innovative way to do mental health therapy sessions and prescribe medications via computer but face to face in real time. Many states are using it for their rural citizens with great success. Mental health should be a priority for the oppressed, underserved, restricted residents living in at or below the poverty line, just as much as it is for people who can afford through insurance their mental healthcare maintenance. This is a great solution to the problem La. is facing due to conservative budget cuts that eliminated the mental health programs the residents used to rely on.18 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Misty Paxton

Support S. 1627, American Renewable Energy & Efficiency ActIt isn't often we get the opportunity to wholeheartedly support a bill in the U.S. Congress. We're usually fighting off taxpayer funding for new nukes, or some demonic radioactive waste scheme hatched in some nuclear lobbyists' smoke-filled room and brought to an embracing Congressional committee. So we're very excited to tell you about Sen. Ed Markey's first Senate bill: The American Renewable Energy and Efficiency Act (S. 1627). This bill would set a national Renewable Energy Standard and a national Energy Energy Efficiency standard--both long overdue and both without nuclear power. Under the bill, utilities would have to provide 25% of the power from renewable sources by 2025. In addition, electric utilities would have to save the equivalent of 15% of their sales from efficiency measures by that date, while natural gas utilities would have to save 10% of their sales. Plus, the bill includes extra measures to support distributed generation technologies, like rooftop solar and small wind. Please support S. 1627, The American Renewable Energy and Efficiency Act and ask your Senators to co-sponsor this important legislation. According to an analysis of the bill prepared for Sen. Markey's office, S. 1627 would: *Create more than 400,000 jobs *Lead to energy efficiency improvements that will save the average American household $39 annually. Cumulative consumer savings through 2030 would be nearly $90 billion *Spur more than $200 billion in new capital investments in renewable energy technology, leading to nearly a quadrupling of renewable electricity production by 2025 *Reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 480 million metric tons annually by 2025, the equivalent output of 120 coal-fired power plants. We hope you'll agree this is a rare bill worthy of your and NIRS' support, as we have joined other DC-based groups, like Sierra Club, UCS, NRDC, Environment America and more in endorsing this legislation. But since this is Washington, there are of course caveats. For one, it's not a perfect bill. A perfect bill would bring about a nuclear-free carbon-free energy system before mid-century. But no one has ever introduced such a bill, and S. 1627 is the best first step toward that goal that we've seen. For another, as we said, this is Washington, DC 2013. This bill is not going to pass this session, not through this dysfunctional, cynical, mean-spirited Congress. But things will change; they're already changing. The cost and deployment advantages of clean energy are becoming too great to ignore--even in the Halls of Congress. After all, depending on which poll you look at, anywhere from 70% to about 85% of the American people want more renewable energy. Right now is when we must lay the groundwork for massive and growing popular support for this bill. That's why we're asking you to take a moment to support S. 1627 and ask your Senators--no matter how neanderthal you think they may be--to co-sponsor the bill. Dont Outsource Our Food DepartmentWe are starting this petition because there is a proposal by the School Board to outsource the New Castle School Food Service Department. Arizona City Physical Address MailWhen ordering a package over the Internet, many times you are not offered a method of shipment. Often if you specify a PO Box the shipper will send you an email "we can't deliver to PO Boxes" so then you give them your street address. If the package is sent via UPS Sure Post, the UPS will drop it off at the Arizona City Post Office, it will promptly be marked as undeliverable and returned. Previously we had a workaround, add our PO box to the zip code (+4) and the Arizona City Post Office would deliver it anyway. Now the Arizona City Post Office informs us that the USPS has a (+4) zip code system that makes the use of PO boxes as +4 unreliable and cannot be used. We are, all required to have our street addresses on file at the Arizona City Post Office as a condition of having a PO Box. The volume of mail/packages arriving daily do not allow the Contractors to deal with these and so they are returned to sender UNDELIVERABLE. The good people who run the Arizona City post office are private contractors and must budget and bid for the business. This would be a funding issue that would have to be approved by the Post Master in Casa Grande. If you live in Arizona city and want to get a pre-paid debit card, you will have similar issues. Pre-paid debit card companies will tell you that they are required by Federal Law to use your physical address and they will only mail the card to a physical address. So if you order a pre-paid debit card and you live in Arizona City, and you follow the law, you will never see your prepaid debit card. What we are asking the US Post Master in Casa Grande to do is allow/require mail sent to street addresses in Arizona City to be delivered to PO Boxes. This petition is NOT a referendum on PO Box delivery vs Street/Neighborhood Delivery. This is a Petition to add Street Addressed mail to the daily PO Box deliver in Arizona city788 of 800 SignaturesCreated by Gray Grantham

Save the 4th grade Boys and Girls”It should be our choice as parents to keep our children at the same elementary school in the district or move to the middle school. Not all 4th graders are ready for middle school. To force a child who is not ready for middle school could really influence and impact that child on many levels, including academic and socially...We understand the challenges of the number of students to consider but a lottery serves as a very unsettling direction for the children and families.. Many of the children at Castlemont started as kindergartner’s g and have stayed within the school making it their home while establishing long lasting relationships with teachers and peers that encourages their confidence on all levels. Please consider adding another 5th grade class to support the need to allow the 4th graders who wish to stay the chance to do so.”99 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Christine Sutter

Rep. Hastings: Please Cosponsor the New House Immigration BillHouse Democrats have broken Speaker John Boehner's deadlock and introduced an immigration bill with a pathway to citizenship for the 11 million without papers. So far, over 180 House Democrats have signed on as cosponsors! But in order to get this bill past the finish line, we're going to need Republican support. The good news is that it's there. Your district's representative in the House, Congressman Doc Hastings, is part of a group of Republicans who are open to immigration reform. His support for this new bill could be the tipping point for our movement. If he becomes a part of the growing group of Republicans who have already cosponsored this bill, we know more of his colleagues in his party will build up the courage to follow. However, while Rep. Hastings has said he's open to voting on immigration reform, he remains unclear about supporting a path to citizenship for the 11 million aspiring Americans. This simply isn't good enough. Right now, we have a good bill waiting in the House -- we just need to get Rep. Hastings to come to our side. He needs to join the more than 180 House members and cosponsor this new immigration bill! We need you and other advocates in your district to pressure Rep. Hastings into supporting this bill. If we get Rep. Hastings on board, your district could make all the difference for the millions without papers across the nation. The momentum is on our side because enough votes exist in the House to pass reform today. But instead Speaker Boehner hides behind excuses, delays, and flat-out refuses to give us a vote. We've come too far to stop now. Tell Rep. Hastings to stand up for his district by cosponsoring this new immigration bill in the House and passing the path to citizenship for the 11 million!195 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Matt Hildreth
